The Flame Broiler

Drove there today on my way home to vegas.....Was getting some food to take home since we dont have a Flame Broiler in Vegas...
Long story short, the order was COMPLETELY wrong. Very frustrating when I drive 2 1/2 hours and find out that the simple order was wrong.
Needless to say, very disappointing, to say the least...I would definitely check your bag BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!

Tried this today for the first time for lunch and it was great!! The staff was super polite and helpful, and the food was 100x better than waba, recommended this location!! The store was super clean as well.

So today I decided to order from this place. Haven't done so since covid started, but really wanted to have a beef bowl. I called. The phone was answered and quickly hung up. I called 3 more times to only get an answering machine. Called again and was quickly hung up on again. I am pissed by this time. I wanted to order ahead since I had to pick up food from another place and this place offers phone in orders. I go to this place and walk in to see it's empty with 3 employees total.
I am still heated but trying to not be too upset and place my order. I'm trying to think of reasons of why the phone wasn't going through when I called. Once I placed my order, the phone rings. Dude who was taking my order looks at me and then answered the phone stating that he would be right with the customer on the phone. He places the phone on the counter and He then proceeds with finishing up with my order. I pay and he walks away from the register to go and arbitrarily wash dishes. He straight left the phone on the counter. This dude was not wanting to answer the phone! Omar was his name. He is ruining your chances of getting more customers! Hope you can fix this. I seen it first hand how he didn't want to take phone orders. Unless this a practice he was instructed to do?!!!! Best of luck to you.

Food was good. Perfect balance of rice and veggies in my "Mini" bowl. Unlike my
San Diego location, they do not offer zucchini - not good or bad, just different.

I know this is a chain, so I'm not sure if this review reflects the whole franchise-- but it's my experience of this one place!

I got a chicken bowl with rice and veggies.The veggies were steamed and flavorless, so expect to load on sauce. The only problem: the sauces don't blend well. There's a "magic" sauce with more of an asian profile and then the hot sauces are variations on tobasco. A bit off an on combo.

The staff was super nice though, even towards closing!

If they would actually fill the bowls up and not be so skimpy on the the meat and rice they would be close to waba. Wish this was a waba grill way more food for your money and it tastes better.

We ask the cashier what was good he recommended the chicken. So we ordered 4 bowls. All bowls were burnt chicken!!! Not going there again!!!

First time here. Read the reviews online and this place did not disappoint!!!

The price is right. $6.80 for a chicken bowl and a drink. The air conditioning is set nice and cold so it's a great escape from the summer heat for a healthy meal. The rice and chicken were a little on the dry side, but the chicken was well seasoned and the magic sauce makes everything better. Coca-Cola products are served here.

Quick(ish), cheap, and easy. The chicken bowl with brown rice was just what I was looking for. The bowl comes with green onions, carrots, cabbage, and there are 2 hot sauces and a teriyaki sauce you can get on the side. A chicken bowl + drink = $6.80.
