I saw they had a good rating. I pulled up and waited for maybe a minute or so and they got me right in. I needed an oil change and an air filter replaced. I was impressed how well these guys worked so well together. It was well orchestrated as everyone was working as one. There were 2 other autos besides me and the work seemed smooth. I'll definitely go back.

Yesterday I came and got an oriole change at this location because it was convenient. They did a pretty good job the usual attempt to upsell but I love with the basic service which I was satisfied with. However, the rep did not re-program my car so that the oil light went out. He told me that once the hint engine heated up the light would automatically go out. That didn't happen so before I could take my omissions test I had to leave from downtown Chicago and come all the way back to the south suburbs to get the oil light reprogrammed. What an inconvenience. I'd rather pay the extra $10 that fire stone usually charges to ensure that the job is done right the first time.

I hope the issue is resolved, now. We always encourage our customers to call the location first with any issues because we can talk things out over the phone in most situations. I can not comment on the oil service but I will say, the guys are always friendly and willing to assist. I've gone here only to have my tire pressure checked. As a woman, who knows very little about an automobile having these guys available and centrally located to do minor checks is an awesome experience.

I've been going here for over 10 years. The crew has changed frequently over that time but I'm out of there in 10 to 15 minutes for my oil change. They do try to steer you to get this or that but aren't pushy about it.
My last visit was the best I've had here. Technician led me to the front of car and explained all worked performed. Then back to the car, paid for my service, got a couple of coupons and adios. Took about 10 minutes as usual.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
