The Shrimp Shack at Cozy's

This spot has everything one could want for an island restaurant. This was our first stop off the ferry and loved to see the place was almost full, and had mostly locals (means they trust it and it's good). The Friday night we went, they had LINE DANCING, which was electric. Amazingly nice dancers, everyone was in the mood to learn, and the restaurant owner even gave me his cowboy hat. Everyone was laughing, talking to each other, and just having a blast. And the icing on the cake - the burgers and tacos were delicious! Beautiful ambiance, can't speak highly enough!

If you are posting your hours open then you should be open. I drove 1/2 hour to get to Cozy's and arrived 45 minutes before closing. Was told they closed already. There were still customers there.

Do not let this picture for you. This pizza is trash. This building should not have the word pizza on the side of it and they definitely haven't been making pizza since 1932 thats almost 90 years of disgusting pizza.. please don't order the pizza just don't do it

Just enjoyed an impromptu lunch at this local shack. I am not certain what folks are talking about, but the service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice and personable. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I had the clam chowder which was actually quite nice. My partner had a meat lovers pizza. Both food choices are SOLID. We will definitely be back.

Eating a late dinner, our only option in this small town was Cozy's Roadhouse. Needless to say, everyone else was in the same predicament.. or is it just that good?

The interior is old school and could use an update, but I think the food is what most people care about.

It was busy, busy, busy. And our waitress couldn't care less. The service was slow and mediocre.

Known for their fish and chips that's what I ordered. It was good stuff and I was a big fan of their tartar sauce.

Surprisingly affordable prices as well considering the seafood demand and competition in Washington.

The best spot for seafood in Washington! The fish was fresh, perfectly flakey and pairs well with house made tarter sauce. Couldn't have asked for any better fries. The service was exceptional and Rebecca was kind, friendly, and helpful in right recommendations, which did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

We got in a little later during our trip to Whidbey Island than we had anticipated. I knew I wanted to eat at Cozy's because they offered some of the same items as the famous Anacortes shrimp shack.
After checking out the menu they do have some similar items, but not the majority. I opted for seafood regardless and got the shrimp basket sub onion rings instead of regular fries. You can't deny that the shrimp was fresh! We visited at a busier dinner time but food/drinks came out very quick! They have a pretty extensive menu and full bar. Good pick if you're ever in town! Also 5 minutes away from ferry if you're looking for food right away once you're on land again!

New ownership is tanking what used to be a cool local roadhouse. Hire some personality at least! Our server needed a nap & vibed like Eeyore. It was a weekday lunchtime & DEAD. Our order came out wrong and that "fresh fish?" Sure. My man fishes in Bristol & asked where it was caught. Nobody knows. Or cares I guess. It's a mystery. It's nasty. We'll drive north to Seabolt's next time 100X better. Waste of time and money. From a cool roadhouse to a ghetto cafe with crappy food and NO character. Bummer.

Came here for my friend's 30th birthday for dinner. Had a welcome shot and one cocktail and then was told we reached the "drink limit" for our table by the woman bartender. When talking to other workers, they said there was no limit. At the table next to us two men smashed beers on the ground and continued to be served. We felt very discriminated against and left immediately. We hadn't even ordered our dinner yet!

Advice: check out Skein and Tipple next door! GREAT service, so much cooler, and aesthetic as hell! It's a yarn store that turns into a speakeasy at night. Absolutely obsessed!

Over priced under quality. If you're going to pay $40 for two fish and chips go to Ivers for better ambience,taste&sevice.
If you want a good Ruben try pickles deli . And Bubbas burgers will blow you away. PS find your pizza in Langley! You're welcome.
