The Cheesecake Factory

Ordered the miso salmon with mashed potatoes; cheeseburger eggrolls; cheeseburger sliders with fries; and a large salad with beets, asparagus, Ferro, and avocado. For desserts we got a chocolate cake; pumpkin pecan cheesecake; coconut cream cheesecake and Adams peanut butter cheesecake. My granddaughter demolished the salmon and ate some of the potatoes. She said it was delicious. My daughter and son said the eggrolls were okay but weren't as good as a carryout item bc of the texture difference. My salad was extremely large and fresh. I enjoyed some and shared it with others who agreed it was enjoyable.

We grab forks and shared the desserts. The chocolate cake was moist and rich. The coconut cheesecake was like eating a decadent almond joy. None of us cared for the pumpkin pecan pie. The combination of pumpkin and pecan pie wasn't as exciting as we predicted. We like trying new seasonal items but we'll stick with the mango-lime one next time.

Overall the food and service is solid here and we'll definitely be back.

I mean it's Cheesecake Factory. Be prepared for the change of shift here, especially from lunch to dinner, Saturdays are madness. It's a carnival and quite a disaster at the host. Ample of patience and at least 2.5 hours from start to finish. My most recent ordeal here was underwhelming.

Once you're seated, service will really depend on your server. This visit I chose the Thai chicken salad except switch the dressing to the citrus honey peanut vinaigrette, it just pairs better with the chicken satay. I appreciate the dinner size. This is my go-to here if not the steak diane and bistro shrimp. Sometimes, a good salad and a steady pour of wine are all a gal desires.

I called on 1/13/2024 to make a reservation for 8. I was told by the employee to go on website and make a reservation for 6 people but add to the notes that I need a table for 8. The only time available was 7:30 pm so I followed those exact instructions. I later received a call at 6:45 pm stating that they couldn't accommodate 8 people at 7:30 pm because we should have gotten there 2 hours early. Emily (manager) was really nasty and even lied, yes lied. That was so unprofessional and exhibited a lack of character on her part. The young lady that called me admitted that she was the one that told me to put 8 people in the notes of the reservation but Emily, in an attempt to insult my intelligence, informed me otherwise and muted the young lady as she was being honest. I'm appalled that a manager would just outright lie about something as small as that. I do understand the pressure of the service industry but if I would have known earlier that I was given the wrong instructions, we would have chosen differently earlier before other restaurants became booked. This was in fact a Birthday celebration and we had a few family and friends coming from different locations in the DMV. I asked Emily to speak with another manager, she said "okay" but never returned to the phone or had another manager to pick up.

Meanwhile, I had to rush there before my guests got there to straighten things out. Emily and the young lady that gave me false information (Emily told me that her name was Emma but I was told by several people that Emma didn't work there-another lie by Emily).

Once there, manager Han did his best to accommodate our party but what should have been a great celebration was minimized but was saved by server Eugenia! The entire party agreed that they have never had a server like her. Not only was she extremely accommodating, she was diligent, patient and made us feel special; her customer service was impeccable!

Kudos to Han and Eugenia!!! They really saved the night!

Also, the food was fantastic so shoutout to the Chefs.

I'm hoping that Emily will not lie and insult the intelligence of customers in the future.

I enjoy alot of their dishes and the meatloaf is my favorite. They have wonderful apps like the Mac and cheese balls and the Louisiana chicken Ceasars salad. The jambalaya and the dish w the plantains is so good . The crab dip is so good and crabby not masking the crab w cheese and cream . I love the sausage pep Flatbread w the peppers too. Great portions for the price and pretty consistent. I will say the steak Dianne has been overcooked sometimes but I doordash

Called to make a reservation for a party of 11 people. I was told they would get a manager and put me on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked and told me the same thing for another 5 minutes. Finally a manger came on the phone and told me they don't take reservations. Why couldn't this answer have been told to me on the first call?
Food may be good but service stinks!

The price of the food on the menu is out of control.
You would do more business is the price came down.
A margarita lunch orange chicken and steak tacos are $59
Before tip and we only got water.

Hazel was the sweetest! She recommended the Korean BBQ chicken dish for me, that I absolutely loved. And the portions were huge, I had more than enough for additional sittings.

As always, The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint!

Service was great. We had a party of 10. No complaints with our waitress. Wish I'd remember her name.

Wait wasn't bad for cheesecake on a Friday evening. We were seated in 10 mins. Our waitress was nice, she checked on us a few times and was friendly overall. Bang bang chicken and shrimp was like a Thai curry. We enjoyed it. Although, we go to Thai so many times, next time I'll probably try something else. Korean cauliflower fry was like Indian Gobi Manchurian. Enjoyed it. Grill chicken and avocado club was good as well. I'm always impressed by the variety of cuisines cheesecake has. Next time I want to try the tamale.

I called ahead to check out the wait. It wasn't bad-15minutes. So we head out from our house and head there on a Sunday afternoon. We found parking. Just as the hostess told me, the wait was still about 15minutes. We put our name on the list and waited. We noticed a few empty table tops near the bar area and we decided to sit there and remove our name from the list. Food was good. Staff was great. Tables around us were being cleaned off really fast so folks could be seated in a timely manner. Ordered cheesecake to go and it was tasty later that night.
