The Cage and the Hit Club will give you an honest evaluation of what your player will need to do to become a better ball player. It's too bad this organization does not coach at a lower level as they truly understand what a young player needs. They need a role model. They need to be taught in a professional way. They need support.

Folks you are talking about a sure 1st round draft pick that was injured in his final HS baseball game that was drafted in the second round by the San Diego Padres and you are talking about a parent that guided him as well as his other son that played in the college world series and is currently the bullpen coach for the NY Yankees. Tom & Jordan are professionals that are outstanding people, teach in a professional manner and give confidence to their players or students of the game (lessons).

It's all about work, repetition, loving the game. There is an honesty in their evaluation of the players or students. The advice needs to be well taken and if you listen and apply and practice good things can come.

If you want to find a place that will teach correctly, and your player will feel relaxed and comfortable, then you go the The Cage.

There are instructors available for whatever you need and they seem to all take a professional low key approach.

Most of these other organizaion's that I have seen are selling, find out their baseball experience. Don't have to talk a good game. They are professionals at what they do!!!

Tom Paroubeck has been my son's coach for 3 years and I can honestly say that Tom's knowledge, patience, and encouragement has been a key element in my son's success as a baseball player. Tom implements the mental aspects of hitting and helps his students/players learn to identify their strengths and weaknesses. He's always positive in his delivery, and you can see he has such a strong passion for coaching. I've recently had my teenage daughter start sharing hitting lessons with my son, and Tom has been equally excellent for her. He's not a one size fits all coach and will take the time to work with your child to help them excel at the plate.

My son has been taking hitting lessons with Tom at The Cage for the past year. Tom has not only been a phenomenal baseball coach, working on hitting, pitching, and catching, but also a steady life coach, imparting wisdom regarding work ethnic, character, and determination. The Cage is a special place.

Watching the coaches at Hit Club/The Cage lift up the kids, push them in just the right way, and get the most out of them is amazing! Our son loves Tom, Jordan and the rest of the coaching staff and looks forward to each session. We've definitely found a baseball home at The Cage!

Coach Tom Paroubeck is simply the best hitting coach. My son struggled throughout his fall travel ball season with hitting However, with Tom's patience, guidance, and wisdom, my son improved his hitting to the point that he was drafted to Little League Majors as a 4th grader (thus skipping AAA). Tom's holistic emphasis on strength, conditioning, and skills really jived with my son and propelled him to a level we have never seen before. My son's confidence and love for the great game of baseball grew by leaps and bounds under Tom's coaching. We highly recommend Tom for anyone who is serious about improving your child's baseball skills.

Great little batting complex along the Peninsula. Right off the Ralston exit next to the trailer park.

Took some lessons with the Chavez father and son team. Pitchers mounds, pitch machines,

Water is $1 and $2 for Gatorade.

My son had some private sessions with Tom to help him get ready for the little league season. Tom was so wonderful in helping him gain confidence and be baseball ready. Most importantly he had a lot of fun hitting, catching and pitching. Thanks so much Tom!

My son has been going to Tom for 60 minute private lessons about 6 months now. In that time, my son has gone from being afraid to pitch to becoming a leader on his team, both on the mound and at the plate. Tom and his staff are friendly and encouraging and my son looks forward to going to the cage each week. I would highly recommend Tom and the Cage!

I can't give a high enough recommendation for Tom Paroubeck, his son Jordan and the Hit Club organization as a whole. My 12-year old son has found a home at The Cage! He absolutely loves Tom, Jordan and all the coaches. He is surrounded with positivity, a strong work ethic, great coaching and mentorship and fun! I have seen my son not only blossom as a baseball player but as a young man. My son is surrounded by positive and healthy role models which is great for him as he grows up and moves into the teen years. We are very grateful to be part of their organization.

This place and the people here have helped me greatly in my baseball career. They are able meet any need necessary, including strength and conditioning. Jordan and Tom Paroubeck are great people and are very professional but are very easy to become friends with. Highly recommend.
