Came here to get my car inspected and had Katherine as my inspector. A little bit of a wait but over all not bad. Katherine was very quick and thorough. You mainly stay in your car for most of it and I'm sure the price is pretty standard of $18 and some change. I thought they only did quick oil changes. I'm glad I called to make sure they could do my inspection because they are so close by my job. Quick stop and go! Oh and I passed my car inspection .

These guys were awesome. Extremely organized. Definitely coming back with my other cars. Still polite after declining other needed services. I work in this industry. Retired.

Today they got on my nerves all new people trying upcharge me
Windshield wipers (brand new I just put them on a couple months ago)
Radiator flush for over 100 ...really? Imma go somewhere else..then he snarkly said "409 at the dealership!"
Sir if you do t just so my dang oil
Then pullin out my air filter which didn't look bad and was replaced not long ago
Not to mention most of them had ATTITUDES....up there yellin at me to pull up.

Went here for the first time recently. An employee walked up to my car holding food and eating. He said nothing. I said I needed an oil change. He immediately told me they couldn't do it because they don't have an evac machine and that my car needs that. I'd never been told that before.
I drove down the street to Firestone, who told me they absolutely don't need an evac machine to change oil, and they were much more friendly and professional. I guess Take 5 just didn't want my business...or maybe anyone's business since there were no other cars there. TURN ON TOMANET road, the location is very convenient even with lots of traffic. The place is very efficiently ran, even during these summer conditions. Thank you to Jesse, Dacious and the team! You can tell they're working really hard and nonstop. Everything looks very organized and there's a breeze that runs through the shop. I recc this location for great service and value! I received an oil change as well as a few recommendations on what my vehicle needs. The prices are comparable to other shops around, you can always call the location and they will send you any offers they may have, by text.

I meant to write this review awhile back but after visiting my hometown and getting my oil changed it helped me remember how garbage this place is. I went a little later like maybe an hour or so before they closed so it was all young guys, which was probably my first mistake but anyway. They completely overcharged me which was fine I'll pay but like nothing was included a good oil change place that's charging you $100+ for a tiny ass economy car oil change should be offering something more than some rude little boys cussing and being unprofessional they don't offer to vacuum change windshield wiper fluid anythingggggg. I was asking questions before they even did it but I really needed my oil changed cause I was going out of town and it was already late. If you go here the daytime is probably better I'll never know that though cause I won't be back.

The wait!! The fact it takes 4 ppl to change oil in one car is insane to me. Ask them why the wait so long, they tell me they having problems with another car.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for over five years, and I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I experienced this morning. As I arrived for my regular oil change appointment, one of the employees began shouting at me in a confrontational manner due to the lack of organization regarding the distribution of cars. This incident left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
While I understand that managing a busy automotive shop can be challenging, it is crucial for employees to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards customers. Unfortunately, this particular employee failed to meet these expectations. I believe that such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the reputation of the entire establishment.
I have always appreciated the quality of service I received at this place, which is why I have remained a loyal customer for so long. However, incidents like this make me question my decision to continue supporting this business. I actually started with a bad experience. I came on a Sunday and the service was a little slow but that's ok, it was busy and over 100 degrees out I can cut them a break on that. The issue was they had a problem with an aftermarket skid plate I have and with them running out of time they asked if I could come back. I did and they got it back on quickly the next day but it was not aligned properly.
I was pissed and sent a comment on their contact us page. They called me back within an hour and when I came back a tech came right to my vehicle and started fixing it. He got it right quickly, we inspected it together and I am satisfied. Give them a chance to resolve your issue if one comes up, these guys and gals are doing their best.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0
