its a good wash with an easy system, staff is very friendly and help you with the whole process and keeps it short which i like. They scrub your car down before you go in. vaccums closer to the exit are stronger I noticed but all of them get the job done and the cleaning station for your interior all the products work nicely.

Car was clean. Would use again. Got the monthly car wash. Happy I did. Can't wait to do it again.

It was a free wash but honestly I'd rather just pay for one somewhere else. Whatever stuff they used, whether it was the guy with the brush or the actual car wash, left a weird film on my car that made it look like the paint was fading or damaged. Thank god it wasn't but honestly you might as well just go pay for a wash or do it yourself at a self service location.

This used to be a very good carwash with powerful vacuums, a tire cleaning station and good customer service. Apparently they sold out to another company and this location has really gone downhill! The vacuums are weak (many are cracked), the tire cleaning stations were removed, the mirror (which is definitely needed when you're driving into the carwash itself) was removed, the credit card terminals are trashed and the employees are clueless. This is the closest carwash to my home and I've been using it first years but clearly I'll have to find a new one. It appears the new owners are simply wanting to run it into the ground. Very disappointing...

I took my car to get it cleaned. My rims were so dirty that the two gentlemen working were so helpful and even helped me clean the rims on my car. They were such a big help if you go in there you definitely have to ask for Jose or Trent great customer service.

After being charged for a month after cancelling my membership I called and spoke with the manager Hosea. He was so helpful and nice. GREAT customer service which in turn gets 5 stars from me. Very pleased

I have been using this car wash for years and have a membership. Overall I had been fairly pleased with some exceptions but now I am seeing issues that I simply cannot ignore. I believe that this business has sold out to a new company that is now operating this location. If not, then they are managing much different. I went to the car wash today and showed up around 6:35 PM and the car wash was closed off. Now keep in mind they say they are open until 7:00 PM. I asked the employee about it and they said they close the car wash 30 minutes early because they have to clean the car wash. Could you image going into a retail store to make a purchase and you go to check out and the employee says, I am sorry but we close our registers thirty minutes before we close so we can count down the registers but you can look around all you want. The point is that if you are going to post business hours then those hours should be for all parts of your business and not just for parts of it unless you are specific about the various parts. If you only want employees to get so many hours then you adjust your business hours so that you can take into account the time needed for closing down the business for the day without annoying your customers by claiming hours that you do not actually operate. That will really piss people off as it did myself.
My other issue is the vacuums. They have one side that is shaded/covered and the other side is not covered. On a hot day or even a day with sprinkles they will only open up the uncovered side so you can sweat to death or be rained upon. That is such terrible customer service. But here is the real topper. You can show up on a busy Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon or a Monday holiday and they will have one side opened and maybe three slots opened on the covered side, if any at all. I have pulled up into the only space available to vacuum my vehicle and each vacuum was being used by each car on the side of me. So the only space available did not have a vacuum available to me but I look across to the closed off covered section and there are five to eight spaces that are chained off from use just sitting there doing nothing for any of their customers. In some cases there are no spaces available and I have to ask them if we can open more spots. Once again terrible customer service. I should not be the person managing their business. It almost looks to me like the employees simply do not want to empty any more trash cans at the end of the day than they have to. If I owned it I would expect every trash can to be emptied every day and maybe multiple times a day depending upon traffic. The problem with retail business is that traffic will come and go. You can look up and wonder where all the customers are and then five minutes later you can look up and ask did everyone plan to show up at this particular time. Means that you should have all vacuum spaces opened on busy days and days when it is extremely hot or rainy but not busy, you should have the covered spaces open. It is called good customer service.
Last point on the vacuums. The orange piece that covers the hose and helps you vacuum out the car needs to be unbroken. There are a few of them that have started cracking. It does not look so bad but when you start using them and the vacuum creates suction to suck up dirt from the floors those that are cracked will close up and makes it much more difficult to vacuum your car. It is almost frustrating. You need to keep things good repair and good working order because the faster people can vacuum the faster they can leave.
I do not take any joy in writing this. I do however hope that someone reads this that cares about their business and will make the needed changes. If they do that I will update my review, if not, I am likely going to start using the car wash that is much closer to my house. I don't like their set up as much but I bet if they say they are open until 7, I will be able to get my car washed until 7.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sam And Theresa M.Boise, ID011Aug 24, 2021
Went through this wash for the first and last time. The entire wash was completely without any soap, suds, or cleaning liquid. Looks horrible. The staff prepping your car prior to going through can see it's not using any soap.
