whoever was working the drive through today did TERRIBLE. I asked for a veggie burrito, he gave us a grilled cheese burrito. which i can't eat because I am a vegatarian. Then even after we said we would not like to round up today, he took the liberty of doing it anyways. terrible.

Sat at the counter for 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged me. Also was playing very offensive music about ball sucking and ass licking. Morning earrings, and nose piercings. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

This has become the worst Taco Bell in our area for upselling products. Over the last few months it has gotten to ridiculously stupid levels. Ordered a Burrito with no Red Sauce and No Onion. "Would you like extra Sour Cream?" No. "What about extra Beef?" No.
This goes on for all menu items. Even ordered a Burrito Supreme. "Would you like beef, chicken, or steak?" I have been ordering burrito supremes since I was in high school and never had a choice for that, nor is it listed on the menu that way. I think they are just creating ways to be obnoxious now. "Did you want any sauce?" , "Do you want to round up for blah,blah,blah?" Seriously. They need a refresher or update to their policy on upswell. Maybe 1 menu item potentially. Them hitting you up for 4+ items is just dumb. I don't have this problem with the south town location.

Not ordering, waiting. I took the pro move and ordered from the kiosks they have. No need to talk to people when you are hangry already. First off, this store has a new stunt where they keep the air conditioning SUPER cold. I have talked with the manager about this in the past. Still freezing today. People huddled up in lobby shivering like they are stranded in Antarctica. Not sure the point of this cold. I'm bringing in my temperature reader next time and if still this cold, calling the corporate office as well as the franchise owner. Sometimes the owner doesn't know it's happening. Staff was nice when they handed me my food. ApologiZed and said they had somebody walk out. Not sure if he wanted me to be more surprised. Tacos were good as usual. They make a good hard shell taco. This was just a bad day for them. Unfortunately they have this pattern of good days, and bad days. When you come here; which day will it be for you?

Inside service is quick. Drive-through moves quickly also. Food portions are average size and tasted good. Has a competent and friendly staff.

This is what me and the bois call the hood bell. I SWEAR they got the best food I tried they rivals that are also on state street and I spat it out. After going to this Taco Bell I can never go back.

The management here is clearly trying to be the location with the lowest drive-thru order times, which explains why they're consistently botching drive-thru food orders. Customers with specific orders could care less if order time exceeds 3 minutes so long as the quality of the food meets expectations, which they certainly do not. The food is decent, but the quality diminishes when you prioritize the order time. Either hire more employees to rush through your orders effectively or slow down to stop making mistakes. I think I speak for all Taco Bell customers when I say this might be the worst location to get a drive-thru order not only in Utah, but potentially in the whole world.

I always freak out when I have to get out of the car driving for Ubereats, and I apologize to these guys because it's not personal! But they are awesome. My order is always right, they're extremely polite and nice, and always short staffed and super busy but still manage to never have an attitude about it whatsoever even when I'm cursing about getting out. They do an amazing job at ignoring my tantrums as a delivery driver and still have great service and I appreciate that team

This taco bell does not care about your food at all. everytime i come here I order vegetarian versions of the food and get meat almost every time. i come here like 5 days a week, it's so ridiculous. I went to speak to the manager to talk about it happening over and over and he didn't care and said "okay". drive 5 minutes to the other taco bell, dont spend your money here.

This location is really hit or miss. They usually have been great and funny at the drive through. This evening however was a different story. I understand the short staff situation going on but to "close" an hour early and say they are out of something because it is close to closing is ridiculous. I can't order a BEAN Burrito at 1am!? It's literally microwave beans but your staff said no. That's never happened before. I really expected more from this location but recently they've let me down. I hope things get better and this excuse of behavior gets addressed by the manager. I know it's rough but don't let your staff do the bare minimum.
