Taco Bell

In the RV and could t go through the drive through. Scanned the menu and downloaded the app to order. Had to wait outside. They were really speedy and yummy Gordita Crunches! I sub the meat for beans!

My cousin an I go in to order bc obviously a semi won't fit through the drive thru. Long story short we only have 40 mins to spare and grab some grub before DOT hours are up we walk in! There were people working in the back an a couple in front of us who had already ordered. NO one greeted us after waiting about ten mins and three employees coming to the front to hand out orders I finally spoke up and said hey can we place our order the manager ignored us!!! and the girl working the drive thru then instructed us an everyone else waiting behind us to use the kiosk to place our order. I then said to her why didn't you greet us and say so instead of having us wait here for ten minutes and making me speak up for everyone in the restaurant she was then very rude speaking over me and said to just use the machine. The manager was present at the time and said nothing just continued standing on the line. Now mind you it wasn't very busy at all and the customer service was still horrible. Great thing my cousin an I weren't visual impaired or worse because who knows how long we would of stood there along with others had I not spoke up. We had to ask for our drink cups after finally getting our bag. They were more focused on drive thru than anything I would never go back there even if it was the last place to eat on earth during an apocalypse. I'd eat my fucking arm!! oh and the food was straight trash after waiting 35 minutes Eat shit Taco Bell
