best Taco Bell around. this kinda hard to get into it with the Walmart traffic but they have the best

DO NOT ATTEMPT to enter the lobby at closing time!!! The manager VERY rudely told me to leave as the lobby was closed. I understand that but there is a way to ask someone to leave. She was a true b*tch to me! I have never been treated that badly in my life!!!!! We will NEVER order from there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend because of bad service they provide. Workers dont even take orders correctly

This was a combined Taco Bell and KFC, which you would think would be legit, but think again....
We were greeted by a guy with long dirty finger nails who talked at a whisper. When asking about the difference between a supreme and regular taco, he mumbled tomato. Had to ask for clarification multiple times. He did not look us in the eye while we gave our order. As part of my order, I ordered a side of chips and guacamole. I had to repeat this 4 times, as he could not understand basic English. Upon getting the order, I received a side of guacamole and a hard taco shell. We had to ask for chips, which ended up being 5 chips in a bag touched by his dirty nails. He appeared high and this was poor customer service at best. Won't be back!
P.s. the total was $19 and some cents. My grandma gave a $20 bill. Got back over $1.00....the dude at the counter could not count!!!

So I waited a minute at the speaker until someone said "Can I help you find something?" Rude! No hello or how's it going?!!! Then immediately another girl answers I'm sorry you can order when you're ready. I order my food. When I got to the window, the guy and girl were arguing and the manager just stands there and asks, "How are you?"

Anyway the steak queserito was weird tasting. The tacos are your typical Taco Bell tacos. Meh.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We are traveling from Lawrence, KS to St. Louis, Missouri so we decided to stop for what we thought would be a quick meal. Drive through was beyond crowded so we decided to go in instead. No line inside, so we figured it would be quicker than the drive through. We ordered our food and waited for it to come out. While we waited, some people came in behind us and ordered, many ordered KFC as it's a combined restaurant. The taco bell side took FOREVER to come out, and all the KFC customers came and went. We finally got our food, and they forgot something! We only ordered 3 things! Do NOT recommend this restaurant

Over a 10 min wait and that is just to order freaking ridiculous for a prime location...Get a full staff!!!!

Large clump of hair in our Taco manger acted like who cares, food was greasy soggy and cold. Hair looked like a hair plug or maybe part of a dreads. Nasty place with lousy attitude by management.

It seems to me their service has continually gone down hill for the past couple of years. I went here for a quick to go dinner. After at least 20 minutes I finally got my food. The customers before me were just as unhappy. I noticed several returned upset because they had gotten the wrong order. I will go to other Taco Bells from now on. Don't want to waste my time on "fast food."
Yes, the food is still normal taco bell, but the wait time is silly. Even when they don't have a rush it is slower than normal.

It's Taco Bell, what do you expect? It's not bad, though, when it come to TB. Just remember what it is and you'll do fine.
