Taco Bell

Drive thru experience. Quick service, but order was wrong (no tomatoes) on 2 food items and 1 drink. And, apparently it isn't great travel food ... So not only was it wrong, all the topping slid off and lettuce tasted very bitter. Not thrilled with this location -- 2 times, both something wrong.
On the bright side, the taco was good.

IF you must run for the border in South Charleston, if suggest you either keep running or at least check your order ..

Bad service. Cold food. Only ordered three little things. Disappointed, but not shocked. This tiny Taco Bell failed with good food and being fast every time I've went here.

Not a bad place to eat if you like skimpy toppings on your tacos. Assuming they get your order right to start with. Better check your drive-thru bag before you pull off..

My sister and I were driving through WV and we looked up a taco bell nearby around dinner time. This taco bell deserves more credit than the reviews it's received. The restaurant was very clean, the employees were kind, and I had probably the best Crunchwrap Supreme that I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Ever. If you want some tasty taco bell food, this place is a fine stop.

For years now this place has been and continues to be the most horrible Taco Bell ever! If they're not getting my orders wrong, they're taking forever to get them to me. I usually drive an extra 4 miles to go to another store location that has way better service and way better food.

Pretty typical Taco Bell. When I went it wasn't too crowded at all. Food came quickly. Tasted exactly like I expected. Not much else to say.

I've eaten here a couple times for lunch and the food always had something wrong. The first time, the taco salad had no rice, no tomatoes, no sour cream and barely anything else. All of which are supposed to be in a taco salad. I emailed once I got to work to realize my order was wrong. I was told to give them another chance and stop by and they would make it right. So I stopped in, ordered my food, then showed them the email. The manager gave me the meal free. Same thing. Taco salad. This time, I got to work and the lettuce of the taco salad tasted like some type of chemical had been sprayed on it, like Windex or some type of cleaner. It was horrible. I even verified the smell with my coworkers and they all agreed, it was some type of cleaner. I threw it out after one bite that I spit out. I didn't bother emailing the restaurant again.
A week or so ago, my husband wanted their breakfast. He went there at 7 am when the sign says they open, he waited in the drive thru. No one answered. He finally drove up the window and after several minutes and honking the horn someone came to the window and he asked if they were open. They said yes and said give us a minute, turned and walked away. Made him wait another 5 minutes before they even bothered to take his order.
This morning, the drive thru was shut down for painting and cleaning that area. So he went to the door, locked. 7:05 am. He waited. He knocked. He could see people inside that worked there. He waited. He knocked. 7:15. Still nothing and he left. Won't be returning. Terrible way run a business, great example of how NOT to run one.

I stopped by the Taco Belle in South Charleston, WV at 2:45 AM after being out late Saturday night and intended to get some food to take home. The sign was lit up but no one would take my order. I waited 5 minutes and then drove around to the window. I blew my horn and still no one came to the window. So I drove back around and found another car waiting to order at the sign but no one would take their order either! An employee was setting beside there side door and said they were closed and I pointed out that there window said the drive through was open tell 3:00 AM. and that the sign was still lit. He again said that they were closed. I said a few choice words and asked him to convey them to his manager. I have never had this problem at there Saint Albans WV store. Next time I am out late at night I will give there Saint Albans WV store my business. There current night shift manager needs to be fired for wasting customers time.

This place is miss managed. Everyone how has ordered has had a problem. The manager is running the assembly line and there is no hurry about them. 25 minute wait. I will not be coming back here!

Ordered Mexican pizza. In bottom of bag with everything else on top. So now pizza smashed into the top of the box. Not happy.
