I hate leaving bad reviews but the quality of food at this location is absolutely terrible. I would recommend never to come to this location around closing time. The food was cold when we started eating it and we usually start eating as we're driving home. The beans were super dried up and cold to the touch and the grilled cheese fries with steak came all clumped up with two pieces of steak. Just looked very unappetizing. We ended up throwing everything out because of the quality. Money was wasted, we even reached out to the refund customer service. I love Taco Bell but this left a bad taste in our mouths. Won't be coming here again. Customer service was also a bit poor. Employees seemed annoyed that we were in the drive thru and there was a line behind us. No greeting or anything just handed us the food and walked away. If I could put negative 10 stars I would unfortunately....

For a TB this one is pretty good. The service was friendly and the food was hot. There's not much you can say about it as it is TB. You either love it or you hate it. The vibe from the employees was really good so I'll definitely come back.

This place is as best as a Taco Bell gets. The place was ok, as the place was not best in quality, but it was plausible. It only took two minutes for my order and the food was ok, too. Overall, this Taco Bell lives up to the standard of an average Taco Bell.

I was asking if catering was available but this lady started accusing me of calling her an amatiar? She also said that I was the same number as someone else who was harassing you? If so don't blindly accuse customers of anything. Not calling again. Please fire this lady.

I've eaten here a bunch of times and every time the food looks absolutely perfect! It literally looks like the Taco Bell advertisements. Not a single broken shell, poorly rolled burrito or anything!!!

I am literally astonished

Location will always make your order before you arrive when placing through the app (the order is not supposed to be made until you arrive and confirm through the drive-through)
Today they almost sent me to the San Antonio location saying it has the exact same address because supposedly my order was not here. I did pay with Apple Pay and didn't realize it changed my name to Apple on the order but the effort put into helping me resolve the issue before I realized I was in fact, at the correct address was very slim. It was more of a "you're out of luck" approach.
When I went to drive to the San Antonio location and pulled up my maps, I realized I was at the correct address already so I went inside and my food was sitting at the pick up zone. The manager asked if I was sure if that was my order in a negative tone. Didn't apologize for the confusion, just stood there with his hands in his pockets.

This isn't the first time I've had poor customer service at this location. This is just the straw that broke the camels back.

The food is always great. The service is very slow and the location of this specific taco bell is poor. The environment is straight out of the 90's and does not seem very sanitary.

Ordered on the app and it said the food was ready. Not only is it not, the staff are actively ignoring me while waiting in line. No greeting or asking if I've been helped. Makes me wonder if I've even scammed.

According to the posted time of a 7am open for business, they were not. I was there at 8am. The employee at the gas station said they never open on time,
they usually around 9 am.

This taco bell is always messing up my order lol if there was another Taco Bell I'd go to that one Bc 9/10 you won't get what you order. But I love Taco Bell so I keep giving them chances and every time it's bad lol. Literally every time.
