Susan's Hallmark Shop

I don't even know how one store can have a staff that is always so friendly and helpful! They are ALWAYS on their A game! I go out of my way to get things here because of the staff itself. They always seem to have some great sale or coupon too if you pay attention to that sort of thing. Their selection is varied and I could spend a while browsing at all of the cute stuff in here! Great hidden gem!

Very cute and friendly store. I hadn't been here in several years, but stopped in to get a few Christmas items.

The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable and they had some great deals. Sadly, it sounds like the current owner is selling out soon .

Super friendly staff. The ladies go out of their way to help. I went in for a return (had ordered through hallmark.com for curbside pick up during COVID), at first they said I had to return it to hallmark.com. When I explained the site showed me who had this in stock, it was their store, they were very apologetic, explained how the processed works when ordering on line. However, they went out of their way to figure out a way to accept my return. These ladies were fantastic!

I don't think I will be returning again. I spent $70 the other day and was supposed to receive the advertised Sherpa blanket. Not only did the lady working at the store not inform me of this, but I went back today to inquire on why I was not offered this. The lady working behind the counter said she could not honor my receipt from a few days ago. I guess customer service is not their number one priority there. Too bad, because it is a cute store.

The new layout of the store is great! I love their selection of Vera Bradley also. The store is under new ownership, it is now called Susan's Hallmark!

This is the friendliest store. I was greeted immediately. The sales person explained their specials and then left me alone to show.

Employees at this Hallmark store are rude and unfriendly. They have antiquated cash registers and credit card processing machines. They manually key in EVERYTHING, including Hallmark Rewards numbers. If you don't know your Hallmark Reward number or your card is worn, you're out of luck. They have no way to look it up or scan your Hallmark Card barcode. If you are in the store within 30 minutes of closing time, expect the employees to go in the back room, shut off the lights to the store while you're shopping. They have limited evening hours as it is and they frequently close the store early. I really hope this store is closed or purchased by another owner who has customer service as a top priority. There are plenty of other Hallmark locations that offer a younger, friendly staff, along with better selection and updated technology.

My favorite store ever ! So many wonderful things to look at (and buy), and truly as good as it gets. The Vera Bradley is my favorite, but also the seasonal cards and gifts are fantastic. The girls in their little aprons are so helpful and pleasant always a treat to shop there.
