Surestay Hotel by Best Western - Orange

Wrong location oops! Hope it's better than the other BW! ...............................................,.,...................................

My family and I evacuated for Hurricane Ida and we were here for a total of 13 nights. The owner Giri and his amazing staff were very accommodating and friendly even with a hotel with no vacancy. Literally every room was booked with evacuees and the limited staff worked extremely hard to take care of the guests. We felt very welcomed from the start and I can definitely recommend this hotel. We always had whatever we needed and felt very safe.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. The parking lot is well lit and there are multiple security cameras throughout the facility. There is 24 hour coffee and hot water for tea. For breakfast there are bagels, cereals, oatmeal and a few other items. If you are looking for a hot breakfast there is a Waffle House in the same parking lot. Laundry is on site which was helpful and convenient. The front desk was able to provide quarters for bills.
The rooms also came with a fridge and microwave which helped us a lot with our long stay.

Overall, we want to say thank you to Giri and the staff for taking care of our family and keeping us safe through these hard times.

This hotel is certainly the greatest stay I've ever experienced anywhere. The people who run it are not only accommodating but courteous beyond anywhere I have witnessed. They are friendly, responsive and receptive. My room was immaculately clean (as was the pool) and I slept very comfortably. Housekeeping is timely and thorough.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families - And stay here again if I happen to be passing through. The individuals that facilitate the premises genuinely care about their patrons and for that I am very grateful. I found that to be extremely refreshing.

Old. Doesn't feel clean even with their attempts to put lipstick on this pig. It was previously another brand. Not a place I would stay again. Sleeping in your car in their parking lot might be better option.
