I had the pleasure of working with Jim Thompson when it came to purchasing my vehicle here. He was very professional, honest, respectful, and welcoming throughout the whole process. His patience and customer service was on point and he made sure to take good care of us. I highly recommend asking for Jim if you are ever in need of a vehicle. The guys in the service department were great to work with. They made sure i was taken care of and went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed on a Saturday so that i wouldn't have to miss another day of work.

Chris Bryant with Superior Nissan actually knows how to make buying a new vehicle enjoyable. Chris treated us with total respect and went out of his way to earn our business.
After feeling like our business was not appreciated at a Little Rock Nissan dealer after buying 3 new vehicles from them over the years; we decided to contact Superior Nissan in Conway. The entire process from making a deal with Chris Bryant, interacting with Sales Manager Josh Meadows and dealing with Dylan in finance was a true pleasure. These people know how to treat a customer. Not so superior... I will agree about the Josh guy, the sales manager, he was very nice,respectful, and helpful in my time of need. The service department is a joke. I called the service dept. after my car broke down( just purchased 6 months ago ) and was "helped" by a very rude service guy who basically told me it was my fault for not purchasing the extended warranty, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was not available. And to top it off, when I brought my car in prior for an oil change. I was told I needed $600+ for maintanence( radiator flush,etc.) When I asked why this wasn't done when my car was pre-certified and reconditioned to new I was told it didn't need it then--really??? When the car was being purchased, everything was great-sales team was helpful and worked with us to get the car--no problems. The transaction was very smooth and comfortable, but when it came to my vehicle being broke down and my wife being stranded while I'm outta state for work. That's a different story, $75 to tow and $100 for one of their guys to just "look" at it. And then told it will cost either a couple hundred or a couple thousand. Thats real reassuring.
So as long as you don't any car trouble--these guys are great. If your car won't start because of a faulty part, that should have been recalled, then good luck...because you will need it.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
