For such a large shoe store on the outside, they don't have as many shoes as you would expect on the inside. There are other things in the middle of the store like clothing and work gear. I found many different styles of dress shoes at really great prices, but for the exact type I wanted they only had two choices. Thankfully, the one I picked was in stock in my size (they only had two pairs total in that style... so I really got lucky). When I asked about selection I was told that they never know what it coming in on the truck but they can look at other stores and have them shipped to me for an additional fee. This place reminds me of a shoe closeout store, but I dunno.
These shoes don't feel like they will last forever and they certainly aren't Italian leather, but for $40 they are a good stop-gap until I find the perfect pair of shoes (and those likely won't be from this store). It is convenient to get in and out, and their prices seem fair. I ordered a pair of skechers from supershoes, size 10.
I have this same shoe in 2 other colors. The shoes were way too small. They didn't even come in a skechers box. I went to return them at UPS and it was going to cost$28.95 to send them back!! Super Shoes return policy does not include any credit toward shipping -
the least expensive way to return a light weight pair of slide ons was USPS $24.40, that plus their own S&H for the order, I am out $31.34 for the return of their product.
In addition, their 30 day return policy starts accruing from the date of the order, regardless of how late their date of delivery is.

Always drove by this store but never went in. Guess it was the name, maybe, I don't know. Well, I found a 20% off coupon in the paper, and after looking online, it seemed like a place to check out. Plus, I was in real need of some new shoes.
I was pleasantly surprised. Really nice selection of all the brands I like; Deer Stags casual dress shoes, Nike running, Skechers, and nice selection of winter boots. Price was not bad, and finding size 13, which is usually difficult, was not difficult here. It was slow for a rainy Saturday evening, but perfect for me. Enjoyed having whole store practically to myself, and just casually trying on different shoes with no fuss.

I was looking online and in stores everywhere for a gift. I found it online at superstores.com I ordered a men's wrangler sherpa lined denim jacket. The jacket is nice enough, although I estimated the wrong size. I have the receipts and shipping info to return it and get a full refund (within 30 days) or exchange. I wish I would've known they do not pay for return shipping. These days, that's a must!!! That's why I will not order here again. The people I communicated with via email were okay, just a little condescending about shipping. Shipping costs $13.91 to return an item!!! I'm so used to Amazon, I'll never shop somewhere without free shipping again!
**Edit** Need to add that after returning my item, they only gave me a PARTIAL refund!!!! Nowhere on their website or in the emails exchanged does it say they will only give partial refund. I returned the item in perfect condition, with tags attached and within the 30 days required for a full refund. Shame on this store. I did not have a super experience here.
My mom orders a very specific brand of casual shoes in a wide size. I brought her here because she hoped she might find that brand of shoes, in her size, at a reasonable price. To sum it up: No, no, and no. No luck on that particular brand, no luck on wide sizes of casual shoes she liked in general, and no luck on the prices.
To their credit, this store has an excellent line of shoes and uniforms for nurses. But I have no clue how reasonably priced they are.
Back to shoes - I decided to check on their selection of New Balance sneakers, a brand I try to buy frequently. I liked the selection, but nothing more. First, what the heck are PREMIUM walking sneakers, and what makes them premium. Second, $105? Really? And the "sale" prices, listed as $10 off, were not competitive. I found better deals on the same sneakers at Sears across the street, and I can get even better deals when Kohl's has them on sale. I needed some mens boots for my son and I stopped in.At first everyone was polite until I needed to check out. Emily (one of the managers) was cashing two Caucasian women out she seem friendly and professional...SEEM? When I stepped up she first asked did I have an rewards card I said no.So she decided to cash me out when she gave me the total I asked did it include the 5% discount that I noticed all over the store.She replied no that's only with the rewards card so I asked how can I get a card ?At that time she turned and grabbed the card and proceeded to sign me up...I feel like I should have been asked if I wanted to join at the beginning of my transaction!!! After the purchase of a men's 11.5 shoe she pushed the box over to me . I then asked for a bag she then goes oh..and grabs a bag now I watched her give the customers (two Caucasian women) better service and offering them a bag ..When I got to my car I called the store to report my experience only to get Trisha who didn't want to hear my story saying that I should not have felt discriminated against cause the bags are 5 cents..So I asked her for the cooperate number she then put me on hold for 5-7 minutes when she came back she stated she looking for the number cause the cooperate number was recently changed..NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I NEED THE COMMUNITY TO KNOW NOT TO SUPPORT A STORE WHERE NOT ONE BUT TWO UNPROFESSIONAL RASIST WORK

Zero Stars! I never in my life have felt more shamed as a pregnant woman. I bought scrubs and was told if returned for a redound I needed to have the tags on. Makes sense to me, however I'm 22 weeks pregnant so when I tried the scrubs on in the store, they felt fine and 2 hours into my work day (not in a hospital or clinic) I was very uncomfortable. I returned to try for store credit and they said they couldn't offer me anything, and then they offered me only half credit for the scrubs. I couldn't even get full credit to order maternity scrubs.
Never again will I set foot in this store! I can think of a million other places I would love to give my business. I've haven't felt more uncomfortable as a pregnant women in all my life. It's common sense when there's no one else in the store to great your customers. I've been here twice and they are so involved in their registers they can't look up and even make eye contact. When you ask a question so simple as to "can I bring more than 6 things in the dressing room" the girl won't even Turn to acknowledge you're speaking. I have walked out 4 times putting back what would of been a large purchase due to your terrible customer service and respect. Management please get a new staff ASAP.

I stopped in this shopping plaza to go to Empire Wines (which is awesome) and I saw this shoe store. I have been looking for new shoes for awhile, so I decided to check them out. There were 3 people at the register when I walked in and one of them said hello and pointed me in the direction of men's shoes when I asked. That was the end of the helpful service at Super Shoes. I actually found a pair of Skechers that I really liked, were comfortable and reasonably priced. I had been in the store for about 10 minutes. There was ONE other customer in the store as I proceeded to the checkout at the front of the store. There was no one there. So I stood there for about 30 seconds thinking that someone would see me and come help me. Nothing. So I called out to ask if anyone could help. Still nothing. So in a louder, almost yelling voice, I said that I want to purchase some shoes! A girl then came out of the women's section and proceeded TO WALK TO THE BACK OF THE STORE! I put the shoes on the desk, took a picture of the label with my phone and walked out. They lost a $50 sale and many future sales even though they had a nice selection of shoes. Absolutely the worst shoe shopping experience I've ever had. The owners of this store should thoroughly retrain their staff to better help customers or fire them. Don't waste your time going there. I actually found the same exact shoes on Amazon for $8 less with free shipping.
