Super-Low Price Auto Glass

I was driving down a one lane road on my way home from an appointment in the late afternoon and the car ahead of me kicked up a tiny pebble that naturally found its way to my windshield. What started off as a teeny tiny little chip quickly grew to an 8" crack in the matter of just a few days. I originally reached out to Safelite, you know, the ease of them coming to you -- sounded good! I explained what happened, sent in pictures of the crack, etc & was told that my out of pocket cost to FIX the crack would be $50 (insurance deductible is $500). My appointment was set for 2 days later between 8:00am-12:00pm. I waited around all morning with no word from anyone until finally, I got a call from the technician at 11:00am saying he was on his way & would be at my home in roughly 15-20 minutes...30 minutes later, he knocked on my door and immediately tells me that the crack can't be fixed but I would need a whole new windshield. He calls the office in front of me & my husband & puts it on speaker. He tells the woman on the other end the situation and proceeds to tell the technician that a new windshield would run over $600 but "GREAT NEWS", our insurance deductible is $500 so that's all we would have to pay..."all!!" LOL

Having been put on the spot and being a first timer, I went ahead and rescheduled for them to come out the next day to do the job but I immediately got a bad feeling in my gut; that was a huge jump in cost, not to mention, they had the pictures that I had sent in, where they could visibly see the placement and length of the crack & I was told that it could be fixed. I sat on it for about half an hour and told myself 'this doesn't seem right' - I got on Yelp and quickly found Super-Low Price Auto Glass; after reading the reviews, I reached out to them via their business link where I provided pictures, car details, crack details and my information. Roughly an hour later, maybe less, Nash called me... He was super nice and patient with me over the telephone when I had to call him back twice to discuss things with my husband first. I reached out to them on Wednesday and had an appointment set for Friday at 11:00am -- I quickly cancelled my appointment with Safelite, to which, almost a week later, they keep sending me emails and text messages to reschedule; that's a whole different story though.

There was a slight snag when we first arrived, a simple misunderstanding, he thought I told him that my car was a Nissan Sentra, when it's in fact a Nissan Vera & they didn't have the windshield for my car in stock at that moment but he said that he could order it & it would be there within an hour. Perfectly fine! All in all, I dropped my car off at 11:00am and it was done by 1:30pm, even after the little snafu. The total came out to a little over $300 for everything, everything and my windshield looks great...almost brand new great. It's actually a little weird having such a shiny clear windshield :)
Bonus: I didn't even notice it right away but as I went out to run an errand a few hours later, I noticed that they had vacuumed my car, too. Super nice of them to do & I really appreciate it since I had been meaning to get around to it.

I highly recommend them & even my husband said that hopefully we never have a NEED for another windshield repair or replacement but if we do, we're definitely going back to them.

I was driving down the freeway when a commercial truck with gravel in its bed let some loose. One cracked my windshield making an inch wide "X," and I noticed a few nicks as well.

I called and was told no appointment needed, just stop by when ready and should be about 20 mins. This proved true. 20 mins later, I am all patched up and ready to hit the road again. Thanks Super-Low Price Auto Glass!!

Absolutely outstanding service and great price.
My window was broken into at night, I called this place a little after they opened and they saw me that same day!
They got it done in an hour and were the most kind to clean the shattered glass in my car as well. I am very thankful and pleased, the owner Nash and his team are awesome. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Only place we call when glass issues happen because of their service and quality of care

Very friendly staff and wait time wasn't too bad (booked out only a week).

Some of the things I've noticed hence no five stars:
1) They told me the new windshield will be OE, but it is OEM at best.
2) They scratched the new windshield during installation.
3) They broke dashcam mount when taking it off from old windshield.

Positives:
1) Nash the owner was very friendly to all customers who visited that day.
2) They were able to work with my insurance. Claim process was a breeze.
3) They were able to calibrate various driving assistance systems after windshield replacement, and wasn't asking to visit the dealership separately like the at home service company "S".

Fast, great price and quality. I am coming to here from now on. The reviews are true. The owner was respectful and friendly. A++ experience. They recalibrate as well, I brought a 2022 camry here and they took care of it all.

HEY EVERYBODY, IT'S EVERY ONE OF THESE GUYS RIGHT HERE!

I went to get a window replaced on my 2004 Mercury mountaineer which is a very hard piece of glass to find but they did it!

When you arrive you at the location the first thing you see is there spacious parking lot with plenty of spots available and then as you walk into their area you are greeted by wonderful people asking all the right questions to begin to make your experience a most pleasurable one done with class elegance and style.

The work area is is extremely well organized and very clean and everyone available went to work on my window right away as I sat in there waiting room where I was able to see my car being worked on.

Everyone here is pleasant and positive and smiling while making eye contact with you during conversation, as it used to be, back in the day when customer service was the biggest valued commodity in businesses worldwide.

Everybody working on my vehicle including the owner, demonstrated great skill set, professionalism and knowledge that made me feel comfortable and relieved.

These guys kept going above and beyond to make sure that I would have the best customer service experience and care and they nailed it completely.

My hats off to you Nash and to all of your awesome employees. You've got another customer for life and I will make sure to tell all of my family members and Friends!

The reviews are spot on - this place is the real deal. I'd put up with a broken windshield for a shamefully long time and finally got around to getting it replaced. They were fast, friendly, and competitive.

I didn't go with the mobile Safelite guys because they quoted me a price way higher than everyone else. (Perhaps they get a lot of insurance company business and don't need to cater directly to consumers). I didn't go with other, very slightly cheaper, mobile options because while most of their reviews are good, they don't seem to stand behind their work.

Everyone at SLP Auto Glass was friendly and helpful. They also swapped out my wiper blades for about what it would have cost me to get new ones off Amazon. It's a small spot, with a little office you can wait in, with wifi - but I wasn't even there long enough to get anything done since they were so quick.

Highly recommended.

My 4Runner's back windshield shattered, and I called these guys the next day. They were able to fit me in. Good service, friendly workers, good price, and did a good job with my glass. They explained to me about why it shattered. Also very responsive about when my rear wiper wouldn't work (which turned out to just be the window wasn't all the way up ‍) and super helpful. Definitely will come back here if I need more glass replaced. Thank you!
