Very poor experience and completely indifferent about their customers. Thy have no moral scruples, whatsoever.

My husband & I have changed banks 4 times in the past year! Why? Because most banks' online systems are ridiculously incompetent & incorrect regarding one's account balance & available credit. As for SunTrust, their online information is pretty accurate & when it's not, or when it appears that the account has funds even though it may not due to pending items, SunTrust will make sure any transactions are approved when the customer sees that there are funds. If the debit card goes through, then you're good & don't have to worry about overdraft fees.
Also, there was a pending item that made our mortgage payment get sent back to the loan company. Initially, we were charged a returned item fee, but I went into this branch & they not only paid the mortgage (with me of course depositing $) so we didn't have to call the mortgage company, but they also refunded us the initial return item fee. This bank is different that's for sure! They see who makes an effort to correct any issues & works with their customers so we aren't slammed with fees that are unnecessary. I'm pleasantly surprised with SunTrust & I'm grateful they treat their customers with dignity & respect. I have a feeling we can finally relax & stop searching for a decent bank.
