All the people inside this store are super nice and helpful. I was looking at this shirt from the display case and since it was the last one even after trying to find one in the back "Frankie" helped me out.

We made the drive from Orange County because it's one of my husband's favorite stores. They have a good selection that rivals Jack's. They also had a Labor Day sale which was the cherry on top. Customer service on point. Someone always asked if we needed help with a smile. The guys were super nice. Thank you for an enjoyable shopping experience. Thumbs up.

I went to here to get a skateboard and some bearings but didn't know what i wanted. The first time I went literally no employee in the store could help me (no skateboard knowledge beyond knowing the brand Carver LOL). It left a bad taste in my mouth. I just went back the other day and a different guy was working. His name tag said Ivan. He answered all my questions about skateboarding and and even taught me how to griptape my own board and how to put the bearings in myself. At the end he even recommended some New Balances for me to skate in and I actually love them so much. Thank you Ivan for making my return back into skateboarding easy and actually fun!

Came in during the busy holiday season and was super stressed out but Cole I believe his name is made my shopping experience so enjoyable and stress free. Cole was very professional and personable. Will definitely be back for more shopping!

I went to the Fashion Valley store today in search of hip, casual sportswear for both my son and my daughter's boyfriend. I was assisted by Christian, an awesome young man who told me that his job at the store was that of a "Mercher." Christian was extraordinary in helping me find a nice assortment of shirts, tees, shorts, and beach towels. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very familiar with his store's huge collection of brands and sizes. I have no doubt I made the right selections for Christmas morning -- all due to a great store and Christian's help. Thank you!
