Sugar Land Dance Center

I have danced at this studio for almost 8 years, and i love it! All the teachers are super nice, and every single class i take, I grow as a dancer. The front desk people, Rose and Kayla, know every bodies names, greets us when we come in, and are very good at answering emails and updating things about the studio. All and all, i am very happy with SLDC.

Absolutely love this dance center, they welcome your child every time as they walk into the building.
Ms. Bria is my daughters ballet teacher, Ms. Bria is always in a positive mood, gets my shy girl moving, my daughter has an amazing time!!
The front desk are always emailing back asap as well!
Overall, the staff, all the ballet teachers, everything is such an awesome experience. I highly recommend this dance center!!

EXCELLENT school, teachers, owner, and staff. My daughter started dance at this school around 6 years ago. And it was the BEST decision I made. The technique taught at this school is incomparable. My daughter loves going to dance class and is a beautiful dancer. This dance school is literally the best around!! She currently takes Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, and Silks.
My daughter's confidence in dance is AMAZING and I can't wait to watch her grow even more. Thank you Sugar Land Dance Center!

This is our second year & I can't stop saying I love Sugar Land dance! Everyone in their employ from the front desk to the instructors & owner is absolutely delightful. We have taken advantage of several of the summer & holiday camps & my daughter always has a blast. SLD has weekday daytime classes which is so convenient. Aside from the fantastic end of year recital, one of the very best parts of their school is the annual Nutcracker performance. I have no experience with any other dance schools in Sugar Land, but I can say that Sugar Land Dance is a wonderfully warm, caring, family environment. I can't see us leaving anytime soon!!

Called today and asked 1 question to see if there would be an open house event, and I was very put off by the phone operator attitude. Seemed like she didn't want to answer my 1 question and pretty much dismissed me. So I will be looking elsewhere for my daughter classes.

My six year old took a summer 2017 ballet class at sugar land dance center. I was very disappointed. There was no order to the class. Each time they met (once a week) the teacher taught something new. They didn't learn a dance or names of the steps. So the girls in that class learned nothing. The facility was clean and attractive. But that's about it. The receptionist seemed tired. Disappointing!

Pulled both of my daughters out of this school after receiving THE WORST customer service. Tried to reach out to owner several times to rectify situation before pulling them out and never did get one call back from her. Other than that, I was happy with the instructor. Anyways, we now attend classes at Dance Du Coeur. Love it there.

My girls have been dancing at SLDC for a few years and we love it! My girls have learned so much from their instructors, and the staff and owners have always been so kind and helpful. Summer recital is always a beautiful production and we always looks forward to the nutcracker in the Winter. Mary Ann and her staff have become like family and we couldn't imagine dancing any where else!
