I only go here when Kevin is working, everyone else is slower than the dmv. No "welcome to subway" upon entering, the rest of the staff has no personality at all. Even people that ordered online are sitting here waiting.. as a retired subway employee I was let down this visit. 5 stars for Kevin and his usual crew. The new crew needs more training though.
UPDATE: a young lady by the name of Jay showed up to save the day!! She was personable and extremely quick and true sandwich artist her sandwiches looked like the pictures in the adds she knew the sandwiches by their number and what came on them. She was driving the line and had six sandwiches backed up for the guy working on veggies to get to and then jumped over and started doing that as well. This used to be the only Subway I would go to. It's been a few years since I've been, and today I found out it's not the same. The veggies were not fresh, the meat was not good, and the bread was okay. The service was friendly. The ice tea was empty, so it got a fountain drink that was bad.

Worst subway ever! Never order online.. even looking at the description of the sandwich I ordered but didn't get, the so called manager says she doesn't care what my order shows she cares what hers printed out which was full of onions and Chipotle both of which I'm allergic to. I guess when you order one, drive 7 miles, wait another 20 min to get a sandwich that you pay for and have to toss in garbage then have to cook dinner its just suppose to be ok. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes instead..if your order isn't perfect they will make it so that it is..

So I started going to this suway in February of 2017. It was so good that my frequency became daily (weekdays) and it lasted until I moved to Tampa. During that 1.5 years I tried other locations and other shops, but none and I mean none compared to the quality, level of service and the general feeling of welcoming I found here. Out of necessity I am getting my sandwich at a local subway, but not the same frequency and it will likely end soon.
My experience is that the only thing that a franchise like subway or Dunkin donuts can control is the level of service. This comes down to the qualiy of the employee. Granted the pool of potential hires is limited to the local pool, but the quality that is required by the owner/manager ensures that the best are hired and retained.
This location is operated at peak performance, the staff is well trained and expected to be able to keep ALL customers happy - regardless of the obsticals put in their way.
One thing to remember is that the inventory is "managed", this location NEVER (and I mean NEVER) "runs out" of anything. They operate at peak efficency and the customer ALWAYS leaves happy.
Does that mean that everyone will always receive the service they believe they are entitled to? No it does not. However, it does mean that on the average their reputation is very good and that I have never seen nor heard of a case where the issue was brought to the attention of one of the owners and it was not resolved to the customer's satifaction.

A good safe bet for a sandwich.
This particular Subway is ridiculous! Always a line of folks out the door! So be prepared to wait if you come here,. Horrible service. Treated my wife like trash. The girls wouldn't greet her, upset they where would , couldn't stop talking and how many hours they where working. I then called when I got home to see if there was a manager I could speak to and got the worst customer service over the phone the owner of this franchise should do a better job hiring staff. And yes my family of four is usuallya daily customer but now we go to Publix.

Absolutely horrendous. My daughter who has a learning disability went into the store to order for us and had a piece of paper with everything written down. The girl behind the counter yelled at her and said she couldn't understand her and to give her the paper so she could read it herself. Well the girl obviously couldn't read any better than she could hear. We got 3 sandwiches and all 3 of them weren't just a little messed up...they were messed up A LOT!!! When I called the store, the girl proceeded to blame her mistakes on my daughter. I wrote to subway and let them know how disgusted I was. I Heard Back From The Corporate Office Who Said The Manager Would Be Reaching Out To me. He never did. I got ahold of the corporate office again and they told me the same thing. Once again, never hearing anything back from the store. They obviously aren't too worried about their reputation in the community.
