I go here cause there is not many more healthy options in palmetto. If you want a quick sandwich this is the place. It's under new management and the new owner seems nicer. The employees are always friendly. Can't go wrong with either tuna or turkey. A bag of chips and a drink. They are pretty consistent. I didn't give them all 5 stars because Sometimes they run out of spinach or cucumbers and the bread may not be as fresh all the time. But I like racking up points if you go to subway get a card and register it on line and every time you go you get points to use toward future purchases. And they also can text you coupons on your cell phone.

The employee making my sandwich did a terrible job! She went extremely slow for no reason forgot my pickles and quite frankly she was very rude. I recommend not to come eat here due to this poor service.

Had the pleasure to have Iris serve my kids and I. She was so concerned about people coming in the store and tried her best to hurry us along like an assembly line. I attempted to use my Subway of the week text message offer but was told that this Subway does not accept them. I asked for oil, she gave me oil and vinegar. When I told her I didn't want vinegar she took the tomatoes off only (ugh). This was my sign to walk out the store, but I did not. My kids wanted to add cookies to their orders but she walked away. At that point I was ready to ask for my money back since I already had a sandwich I wasn't going to be able to eat. However, my kids wanted their food and they were the reason I stopped to that store in the 1st place. I will never stop here again. If you can wait until you get further up the road, there's a Subway in Fairburn and one on Senoia Road that actually wants to serve one customer at a time.
