The young lady at the counter was on speaker phone the whole time she served me and other customers she has long braids and light skin complexion I'm assuming she is like a shift lead. Service was terrible and unacceptable. She had a full blown conversation like u have to wait for her to end one conversation before she even serves u. It's sad and was not a good look. I am a general manager to one of McDonough other local restaurants and this is totally unacceptable.

Walked in yesterday & ordered a tuna sub. I eat these all the time at the Subways on McDonough Pkwy & Lake Dow. Well I walked in & the 2 girls working were sitting on their phones, no greeting, no nothing. The tuna & toppings had been sitting all day, the bread was hard & I had to scoop my I've from a bucket. I won't be returning.

I guess if you get 4 or 6 "slices", no one notices you can read the paper through pne. Lots better places out tgere to spend your sandwich dollars.
Jun 25, 2018Previous reviewThis place is ok depending on who you get. Language can be an issue at times. All in all, pretty good and a good bargain but not as good as it once was. Toasted sandwiches barely toasted, not really toasted at all. Young man yesterday had to be new and while polite was pretty clueless.

Fast service clean
But customer service is everything

It's my favorite subway. Employees are supper nice and they serve you with respect. Also it's clean too I would say go there
