The employee who opened the store was disrespectful. I was on a time crunch today, Sat 6/17. I got to the store at 8am, but she didn't show up until 8:10am. She didn't apologize at all. As she unlocked the door and i entered the store, she told me they are closed and won't open for another 10 mins (which would be 8:20am.)

$3.54 for 16 oz of a Dasani water..: this place is super expensive ... and as they say the juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you like subway and want a clean experience - this place will work just fine. However for me , the price was high the food is always average and the service was decent...

Always clean, and open long hours. But door dash orders and having to wait nearly 10 minutes to place an order when no once else is in the store is ridiculous. Hire more staff, or prioritize the people in front of you. Poor leadership to let this happen.

Keep in mind I had a five star here before. One terrible customer service can change a customers mind about a business and which small business he decides to support!here's the stroty Coupon expired 3/31/23 went in 4/1/23 not knowing or reading the fine print of the coupon. Ordered both sandwich's, got to register where she informed me it was expired... customer service is maybe offering to honor the coupon since it's a day old but not even that, not returning here! Food is okay and the lettuce is always brown!

Very nice folks! I put in my order, via the subway app, just 10mins before their close time on a Sunday and they still fulfilled it correctly, even gave a courtesy call back to me to confirm what time I was going to be there.
2 other subways had refused to take my order even though it was 15mins before their close time.
Easy and quick access from the freeway and clean, safe neighborhood.

Only thing saving this review is the fact that my partner and I got our sandwiches fast. and that's partly due to the incompetence of that of the staff. the staff memeber is named Veena. She was very rude and decided to cut me off mid order to tell me that she is cutting off the amount of veggies I was ordering, even after we told her we would pay the double. After asking to pay double for the veggies, she told me "no, that's enough for you" she was very rude and wouldn't recommend her services to anyone. hope HR fixes this.

Who ever the Spanish speaking lady was on 10/26/2021 at 10 PM was one rude, awful and disrespectful, employee or owner who ever she was.
If you don't like Your environment fair enough but don't take it out on customers Just because they ask if you cut the foot long in half! My dumb self even tipped 15 percent! Sadly , this is the closest place next to my work. The last time I've been to a Subway was 2002. I ordered wrap and while ordering the lady gave me so much attitude as if I know what types of wraps they have. It wasn't written anywhere in the menu. She put my protein in the wrap and then proceeded to help another customer. After finishing with him she litterly walked away and asked another associate to finish my order . I will never again come back. I would rather go hungry then come back. If there was a possibility of 0 stars that what this place would get. This place does not deserve customers with her rudeness.
