Subway

I stood in line from 1:20pm till 1:46pm just for them to tell me they were out of turkey. I asked if they could just give me ham in place of the turkey. They said they could not but I could buy extra ham. On top of the long wait, and the terrible service, the place looked dirty with unhoused individuals basically loitering inside. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't eat there.

We needed to place an order for a company event and placed it last minute. Smerlinh was so amazing. She was the only one present and she still managed to call another helper and prepare party tray platters for 35 people. The platter had condiments and the presentation was amazing. I had requested specialization and she went above and beyond. Everyone at the meeting had great things to say about the lunch! Thank you Subway!

I would often come here, and a couple of female employees are always helpful and friendly. However this past Wednesday, 12/09/20, there were multiple employees behind the counter and one gentleman was not wearing a mask. I kept watching, and watching thinking he'd place it one at some point and he didn't. It came to my turn and he was supposed to help me; however I wasn't comfortable that he wasn't wearing a mask. He asked if he could help me and I explained he didn't have a mask on and waited for the next employee to help me. He seemed to have no issue with it and went on to help the next person. You would think that a patron mentioning lack of face mask, lack of sanitary measures would encourage him to put the mask on but it did not. The health department should be notified.

Ordered delivery through their app only to get my order cancelled by them. After calling about 6 times they finally answered and said I needed to order thru Doordash, Uber Eats, or other services, as opposed to their own app. Why would their app have an option for delivery if they won't accept it? Won't be bothering with Subway anymore.

This place was so bad. The worker was so rude to me while attending me! She kept screaming at me in a attitude as well! She was like a short hispanic lady! Worst service ever.

My husband and I stopped by this location for dinner. We have been here before but never on a late Sunday. To our surprise there was a line but it wasn't nothing Precious and Rina couldn't handle. They got the sandwiches made and wrapped up and got that line moving. I admired Precious customer service and work ethics. She was able to multitask and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied at the same time. She made sure one of her customers received his cup for a fountain drink while toasting my sandwich and making my husband his soup. She was about business. I love employees like that. She's a compliment to this subway location seeing that they share the building with an active business such as the Los Angeles County Building. There is no private parking lot only street parking.

This place might as well close at 9:00pm. They always say Cash only because "system crashed" how coincidental that every time I come at this hour there system is down and employees are cleaning like they ready to bounce. I know from experience that systems don't crash. Employees typically restart the system and use this as an excuse to not help customers knowing that we rarely carry cash now.

Subway....you've got to do better. The staff is horrible and lacks safety and sanitary compliance. The African American young lady who is there now 8/11/21 @ 1:40 is out of control. She is making sandwiches one after another without changing gloves. I asked her to change gloves and her response was "oh we don't have many so we use the same ones all day" WTH! The gentleman ahead of me requested hand sanitizer after touching buttons on card reader and she told him sanitizer is BYO, what kind of response is that?Had I been thinking I should have recorded the behavior and sent it to fox news yo expose them. This subway sucks!!

We are in the middle of a pandemic and the two employees there, on African American male, and one Hispanic male both wearing their mask on their chin while making food. I kindly ask them why they are exempt from everyone else in there, and the African American male said " I have Bronchitis" really??? Worse place ever! Go to Hoover and Imperial Subway , very nice staff and follow the rules there.

Bruh, fire them all. This location is a joke. Going in to order it didn't seem bad to start but things got progressively worse as I began to make my sandwich. It started with yelling at one another to them not offering any type of combo and then burning cookies and laughing about it in-front of guest who wanted to order that specific cookie. It's pathetic, to have people represent your company with horrible work ethic.
