So pulled up at 8:10 am. Door was locked. Girl holds up 9 fingers! I point to the sign
and yell "your sign says 8:00". She holds up nine fingers again, shakes her head no and waves goodbye at us!! I give 0 stars for completely rude employee who can't read their own sign or apparently makes her own hours! I was unsatisfied with two footlong subs out of four in my order. Brought them back to store for a refund. They offered to remake the two I was not satisfied with Staff made it a big deal like the refund was coming out their check. So I accepted. Then they began complaining about having to remake the two footlongs. Three people working here and I can't get a decent sandwich? I walked out and requested chargeback with CC.

Customer service is not something that was taught to the workers there. They close up shop 30+ minutes before time, they ignore customers, and laugh and mock their customers to their faces. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Something needs to be done. This is the Subway in Lake Park GA. Im not sure why it says San Fransico

Worst service by the man behind the counter! We will never do business here again. What server 'slaps' together food and then raise his voice at a customer bc he's BUSY with called in orders. The little owner behind the counter said NOTHING...rude. Go to exit 2 instead

Corporate needs to monitor this store. The owners are so rude. They never make you feel you are worthy of respect. When you enter they yell at you"What do you need". And half the time you can't understand them because their English is so broken. If you ask them to repeat what they said you get yelled at more. The customer behind me just shook his head and said "this place is awful, I don't need them yelling at me" and left. I have no idea how they stay in business.

For a place that's supposed to make their own bread, this place has never had fresh bread not once. That alone is enough for a bad review. Being that it's a sub shop you'd think they'd be a little more keen to their bread quality. It's about equivalent to wrap turkey based meat in cardboard. Noooope

This is, BY FAR, THE WORST Subway I have EVER been to. My friend & I stopped in during our toad trip, to grab some lunch. Were we greeted? No. As we looked st the menu, discussing what to get, a VERY rude African-American woman huffed, "You guys ready?" (I'm having to use descriptors for the people that helped us, as for some reason, Subway doesn't believe in nametags and I REALLY want these two women to have their lack of customer service addressed promptly). After recovering from shock at her lack of manners towards guests, I adked her to please hold on a second, as we were still deciding.
For the remainder of our time in there, the two African-American girls (initial rude one & another with glasses) talked about how she "would not stand for him calling her out her name." (Whatever that means)
The whole time I was absolutely APPALLED at the level of customer service we received....correction....service we DIDN'T receive. Apparently, I didn't hear her ask a question one time & she repeated it; loudly & rudely, promptly rolling her eyes. Well, at least we know her eyes work.
As I went to pay, I saw they had just wrapped up my sub....WITHOUT asking if I wsnted any oil, vinegar, or oregano! COMPLETELY frustrated, I just paid & left, feeling my resolve quickly leaving me. The sandwich was very sloppily made, but didn't leave a bad tadte in my mouth, unlike the customer service.
I have worked in customer service for 13 years, my latest position at Disney's Hawaiian Resort & Spa, & this customer service deserves no stars in my book. Too bad that one star is the lowest I can go.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carey H.Orlando, FL0181Jul 5, 2019
The staff is very friendly and the food is Subway. The poor reviews don't reflect the current state of this establishment.

Horrible. Dirty, flies everywhere. Somehow had an A rating from health department. As I stood in line, counted about 20 flies swirling around the food and left without ordering. I'm glad there was a line and I had time to look around... otherwise would have made a mistake! DON'T EAT HERE!

From the moment you walk into the door The place is old and dirty... there are signs everywhere on things you can't do in this subway, you can't talk on your phone, you can't bring food in from other restaurant, you can't use debit cards... And the list continues!
During my visit of October 22, 2014, The two female employees behind the counter was so involved in a heated discussion regarding vaginal infections, life insurance for someone's baby daddy.... (it was beyond comical)
The place reeks of Pine-Sol!
Employees were so engaged in each others conversation... It was very obvious I was interrupting the conversation as I had to be asked twice, or three times what I wanted regarding a sub!
The conversation between the two employees were so gross I decided to leave!
