Definitely a strong 4. It's Subway. Ordered a club sandwich and it was good. Had been craving a simile sandwich and had not been to Subway in years since there are so many other great places. However, it was late and this one by my house was open.

Outrageous prices set by owner. 17 for a steak and cheese no extras that's 3-4 dollars more than any other Sunday in the state. I'll never come here again

Definitely one of the Best Subway Location in this area, bread is fresh, portions are just right. I highly recommend this Subway.

Worst subway witching 30 miles, and there are tons of subways in the east bay . Today is there second time, and the attitude of the servers is horrible, they make you feel like you're not paying for the food and that you're in a jail. It's horrible, I don't know how they are still in business. This is what happens when a name is sold out as a franchise and some owners decide to throw the name into the dumpster. it's always a bad experience. The sandwiches are not made correctly, they are super stingy when they add ingredients , specially the meat. It's a miserable things to do, to charge so much for so little:
Cons: they won't honor coupons, they are rude and thinks it's ok to do so, they treat you like a convict in a jail. Today I paid $13 for a freaking sandwich, a plain A$$ meat lacking sandwich. All I really got was bread and lettuce. Just had a foot long turkey breast from here that really hit the spot. The restaurant is clean and all the ingredients are as good as you can get from a subway.

Cheap owner doesn't allow use of promotional codes, even if you bring in the coupons that get sent to your house.

Preferred sandwiches online here to take to a park for a picnic. This was the first subway along our route to the park that accepted an online coupon for a buy one foot long, get one free.
Firstly, the online ordering system has a last name field that requires a minimum of three letters. My last name is only two letters long, so this caused some confusion. I had to put in a wrong name in order to put in the order at all.
Second, one of the two sandwiches ordered was missing several ingredients, which basically resulted in a sandwich containing chicken swimming in ranch dressing (ignoring the "light on sauce" instruction too) on plain bread, nothing else, and was really quite disgusting.
Thirdly, the second sandwich ordered, though made according to instruction, did not taste very good. The chicken was rubbery but also overly soft, it seemed barely toasted at all, and even with extra cucumbers there weren't many. I occasionally go to subway over quiznos because they have more vegetable options, so for them to skimp so much on the vegetables makes me wonder why I bother any more.
Maybe it's my own fault for ordering something other than the one thing I've enjoyed at subway in the past (tuna on rosemary bread) but I just had one of those last week from a different location and felt like trying something new. I ordered on line, a simple roast beef sandwich which they got totally wrong. I specifically requested no cucumbers and that is all I got. I requested lettuce, tomatoes red onions yellow peppers olives and no cucumbers and all I got when I got home was cucumbers. I don't have time to take this garbage back. What you people don't read??? give me a refund!!!

They charged me for double meat and I realized when I got home that it was not!!!!!! The owner was too busy giving free cookies to babies rather than ensuring that customers are getting what they pay for! This is not it!!! Will not go back!

Do not order online from this location!!
The employees don't know how to read the comments such as Please Cut in Half, or Do not Toast. They also don't pay attention to what you do and don't want on your sandwich.
