Subway

This location has to be one of the worst Subway locations I have visited so far.

The one of the employees (whom I presume to be the manager) was offended when I pointed out that some of the ingredients weren't fresh, and insisted that they were. For some context, some of the cucumbers had mold growing on them and I wanted to point that out so they could remove and replace them with some new ingredients.

The younger employee who crafted my sandwich was very nice though, God bless his soul. The food was okay, nothing special and is your average subway experience.

My low rating is strictly based on the attitude of said manager and the unwillingness to listen to the customer when they were just trying to help point out that some of the ingredients had gone bad.

Please stay vigilant when ordering from this location, and be prepared to deal with a manager that, quite frankly, has a terrible attitude.

Literally was in line for 25 min for 2 people in front of me and still was not able to get a sandwich before I had to leave for a bus.

What a nightmare. I will never even try to use this place in the future.

I'd recommend having more than 1 person working or having 1 person who can handle doing more than 2 sandwiches in over 20 minutes.

I was standing in front of subway while worker was on phone. I was not aware it wasn't opened yet, but I was patiently waiting. The worker was on her phone and did not bother to tell me they weren't opened yet. I eventually asked the lady if I could order without even making eye contact she muttered "not open". You would think she would have decency to see me standing there, remove herself from being on her phone, and say "hey, just a heads up we open in 5 minutes".

This location is in Hartford's Union Station. This is one of two options other than vending machines in the station. I don't eat at Subway very often because there are so many better quality places out there. I found my bus was delayed an hour so I knew I should eat something. I ordered a 6" turkey on wheat. It was average at best. The bread didn't seem that fresh and was kind of bland. They don't seem to use the highest quality ingredients, but it'll get you by.

The young man who took my order and made my sandwich was polite. The woman who cashed me out was kind of blah.

Just left this subway and whoever the lady on shift that made my sandwich has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with. So bad I wanted to return my food but chose to keep it since I was so hungry. I will be getting her name and making a proper complaint because she is absolutely unexceptable by all means. Shorter lady, possibly Indian (not sure) burgundy hair. Very very rude

I went to this store today ( 02/10/20 ) in the morning time. The worst customer service ever! The woman who helped me was not attentive at all, you could say that she even looked angry and seemed to be bothered to have to make my order. It was scary to talk to her. ugly experience
