Subway

Although this is my personal favorite of the subways in Hburg (in Walmart) because they have the best food quality and taste, I won't be returning due to being discriminated against in favor of another customer. I was contacted by Subway in response to my survey and was told they would be trained further in how to handle situations properly and free tickets.
Subway (higher up) handled the situation fine and I appreciate them reaching out to me, however I feel that subway hires employees who do not value their customers or train them properly to do so and this particular stores employee went too far.

The worst sandwich I've ever experienced. Meat was piled to one side of the sandwich, cheese hanging off the side, got steak and cheese and was toasted but still was cold, the girl was clearly never trained and put way too much of everything, I asked for a little mayo and she put 6 passes of mayo so it was swimming in it, and then put so much salt it was virtually inedible! Work station was disgusting. To top it off she had an open meth sore on her arm. I've been to 48 states and I've never seen anything like it.

Subway, John Wayland Drive, in Walmart, terrible service by manager, rude, overcharged, would not answer me when I spoke to him, poured mustard on, asked to take some off, he then was quite abusive, my husband asked what his problem was?? He jumped back a d yelled I doesn"t have a problem. Used coupon said I could not! Nowhere on coupon did it say I could not then charged for an extra sub at end. Wow!! I highly recommend Subway in Broadway, clean, courteous, always pleasant to deal with !! Oh poor girl working with this guy !! I believe was afraid of him, she kept apologizing.
