This was my first time at this location. The restaurant had a beautiful decor, unlike many of the others. In addition, the place seemed very clean and well-run. The employee behind the counter seemed eager to assist me in ordering lunch. I had the foot-long meatball sub on Italian Herb and Cheese. To my surprise, it was made differently here versus the other Subway location I dined at. Not sure what the difference was as all the recipes should be the same. The sub ordered here came with a lot more ingredients, which only added to the awesome eating experience. Upon leaving, the staff member thanked me for my patronage. Wow, I should eat here more often. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is racist. It smelt like dog poop inside. The floor was not swept or mopped. I would ask for my sandwich to be toasted and it came out warm.

This location clearly needs better management for staffing, stocking, and janitorial. There's one lady working at 6 PM on a Monday during prime time (totally overwhelmed, poor thing) all of the veggies are wilted and shiny. It took me 30 MINUTES to get a freaking sandwich and I was third in line.... Cheers to the lady in front of me who ordered 6 different sandwiches and couldn't be thoughtful enough to let the one person behind her go first - but that's a separate topic and still should not have been that delayed. Oh, and at check out, there's no tap water, or working bathrooms! Lol! Or water cups, or any other size except for extra large..... $14 for a subway that takes 30 mins to order, no bathroom, no water, I used the last of the iced teas...no anything, and terrible quality veggies that have been left out for a long time. C'mon, have some dignity with your store. I will absolutely go out of my way to avoid this location at any cost. The employee was friendly and she kept apologizing, and my sandwich was half made for 15 minutes so I felt bad for her which is why I did not leave. The others who walked in behind me all left. Lost business, as deserved honestly!

Everything about that location sucks. The food and the service. I ordered a monster sub and I ended up getting the regular steak and cheese. Of course they offered to remake it, but when that time came, they ran out of steak. The cold cut was neither of the 3 meats in it. I don't know what that was

My girlfriend ate here a week ago and said she was sick as dog. Came outta both ends. These people are disgusting and apparently don't wash their hands. Don't bother eating here. It's rediculous

This place should be shut down. Beyond terrible and with 4 people working still couldn't get it right. Also someone was in the back ask if there dog was still barking that was attached to the front door. Beyond bad and never have any supplies. My footling was made as only 6 inch so they made two other 6 inch Subs with half the ingredients missing.

I can't really complain about this Subway. I joined a friend with getting lunch, but didn't eat there. However, I did take note of several things.
While there, three people complained about the tea being empty and the response to them was "just, grab two bottles of what you want out of the fridge". I assume they have really good tea, so refilling it should have been more of a priority. Also, the gentleman making the sandwich was sweating and had long hair that wasn't in a net, there is nothing more bothersome than the sight of that preparing food.

Ordered online on the way back from the airport after a long weekend, received confirmation that the order was received and then again that it was processed. Showed up to a closed store with a handwritten note stating that there was an emergency and the store would reopen in one hour. The man behind the counter refused to acknowledge either my husband or I and refused to answer the phone that we could hear ringing in the store when we called. My card has been charged and I'm now in the process of working with corporate to get a refund. Will NEVER return to this location.

This store needs to be on tv show "Undercover Boss". I don't fear the store as much I did before they got rid of that mean woman they called the manager a few months ago (she works at the dollar store few spots down, btw. watch out!) Now, it appears they have a whole new crew working. One girl who works there seems pretty good and a couple are decent (they're trying), but many are sour and grouchy. One woman, now is just stationed to the cash register. She doesn't do anything else...LOL. She just huffs and puffs, looks at you like you're an idiot and takes your money. I smell a recurring problem, and you know...that usually starts with the upper management. Why is this store always so terrible? Why are they a.) hiring terrible employees or b.) why do the employees hate life and people so much?
I blame the franchise owner. Still not down with this location. Oh and lately, their lettuce has a bright orange tinge growing on it. EEEWWW!
