Subway

Subway in Accokeek provides excellent service and food with every visit. They bake the cookies perfectly as well. All the food is fresh and the service was friendly enough and fast.

Where do I start. The place is filthy and the re were fruit flies all over the drink station. Flying in my food and possibly in my soda cup. The credit card machine didnt w work and the register couldn't swipe my cards to process payment. I had to use cash. Also the unsweetened iced tea was missing and I had bio choice but to get soda. Please address these issues.

I Was This Subway's 1st CUSTOMER EVER
Was late Christmas Eve many years ago,
I I was security officer for the Walmart construction site in Commack.. BIG snowflakes swirled .. in the headlights of an oncoming car.
IT Was The Manager of the Walmart checking on the progress of his store. WOW Never been checked out on Christmas Eve.. in A snow storm BEFORE.. 1st Time for EVERYTHING..

Fast forward to Spring.. THE Walmart Superstore had been anticipated in Commack for over a year. There was a large turnout FOLKS waiting to see the store for the FIRST TIME..
I was HUNGRY and wanted the Subway. That was a store in a store inside the Walmart ...GREAT IDEA... for Hungry shoppers
The owner was present ...
He greeted me warmly and welcomed me to his NEW store... He noted that I was his FIRST customer EVER and THANKED me.. I got the FOOTLONG Ham and CHEESE with mayo and onions cut it into 4.. THE bread was fresh and The cold cuts on point .. NOT too salty.. was Just what I needed.
As construction is finished I don't work here anymore... but I'm still an Avid shopper... HERE... I've seen the SUBWAY here evolve as the years have gone by...
it continues to be a CLEAN ,Friendly respite for Shoppers.
NOW Breakfast has been added and PERSONAL PIZZAS TOO..
ENERGIZED after my meal at Subway .. I am ready for SECURITY or Shopping.. which one do you think is more challenging....? HAHAHA...

$7.50 for a 6" sub with a small drink? Every other lunch place has a $5 lunch special.. By stopping economical lunch specials you have priced yourself out of the market. I will not be back. Goodbye Subway.. Die a slow death.

It is nasty flies all over the food..the worker had to brush the flies off the turkey before putting it on my bread.after that I told him never mind

This place is a total dump!!! Ordered a Ruben and half way through making it I am told " we ran out of sauerkraut" then I get the 6" meal deal for me and my daughter and it is over $21. For a 6" really? Anyway it is what it is, so I pay for it and request a receipt " our receipt machine don't work" from the tone it never works, probably for convenient tax purposes.
4 other daring customers eating in the dump and all the tables are dirty. The best part my Ruben is cold.
Lesson learned is don't ever eat at a Subway in a Wal-Mart. I am going to puke now!

4 stars for a Subway with fresh ingredients. 1 star for being within a Walmart right near the entrance, granting you the option of venturing further or coming to eat and leaving. My coworker loved this place and insisted it was far superior to any other Subway he'd ever been to. Don't know that I'd go that far, but it was good and certainly convenient.

They are usually quick and friendly. Very convenient but sometimes they are skimpy on the meats and veggies.
