There's not many fast food restaurants in Chandler Oklahoma, but there is a Subway.
I ordered 3 spicy Italian subs, I was told they were out of both spicy and regular pepperoni, black olives, and a few other items. I asked since they are out of pepperoni to use Capicola in lieu of the out of stock pepperoni. I was told that will be an up charge for the capicola. I asked her why the up charge, she said - no substitutes. The 3 sandwiches were fine however they would've been better if the bread was baked a little longer. Service was awful. Didn't get the food I ordered. Really unpleasant experience. The women behind the counter were rude and held up the lines longer than anything I've seen before. Instead of writing my order down or taking it on the computer she made it while I said it (through the drive thru) fine, whatever. Then gave me a complete opposite sandwich than I said. Not to mention the sauce was so overly done it was dripping and sopping wet. Disgusting

This Subway is worthless and a waste of time, especially if you ever order a meatball sub. The last 4 times I've been (months apart), they've been out of meatballs. This past time, I ordered online (hoping it wouldn't let me order if they were out), but nope. Despite having my phone number, they didn't even have the decency to call and let me know. They didn't even have ice for their soda machine. It is BEYOND INFURIATING!! They told me if they run out of meatballs after 6pm, they won't make more. Don't waste your time. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care about service.

I was just in front of the Sunday church lunch rush (3 families, 1 phone order, and 2 drive thru) and from order start to receipt of food took approximately 10min. Not too bad overall, considering there were 2 staff for the day (1 stayed overtime to help with the rush).
The food quality was top notch for a subway location. Proportion size was spot on, and my bread wasn't smashed during the process.

This has got to be one of the worst subways around. I have yet to have a good experience with this subway. The service is usually horrible and they never have all of the menu items. I live in Chandler and want to support local business because our choices are limited but I'm not giving them my business anymore.

Worst sub ever. Drive through lady had a hard time comprehending a very simple order of tuna on white with mayo and onion, toasted. Kept wanting to give me lettuce and mustard. When the order came out the tuna was warm but the bread wasn't roasted. And no ice in the drinks.
