Food: the most creative and astounding tasting food I've had in my life; you only choose from their 6-course (Immersion), 8-course (Vibration), and 10-course (Substantial) menu and the rest is in their hands to serve the best tasting experience
Service: superb, personal service with attention to every detail
Design: interiors is modern and cozy with a blue ocean walls
Overall: One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in my life; every bite of every course was SPECTACULAR and the impeccable service made it over the topHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lauren L.San Francisco, CA70296May 15, 2024
The food was so inedible that we asked for the check mid way and left (they charged us in full which I get since we took a seating). First of all, I want to applaud a young chef/artist putting his food out there every night. It's like live theatre and doesn't always go well. The texture was horrible; food salty; favors heavy; temperatures off - for example, the gnocchi was a glue ball covered in 4 fatty sauces with not enough acid, and when I told a server that I couldn't cut the gnocchi with a spoon, he asked if I wanted a knife. Every dish was worse than the last (except artic char which was ok... not great). Every table around us was expressing feelings from disappointment to dismay... and I would hesitate making a booking here in future. There are so many wonderful Michelin restaurants (and non Michelin) in Paris but this restaurant either had a horrible night or isn't one of them.

Chef Matthia's food gives me another reason to come back to Paris! He was a semi-finalist in Top Chef France.
I never thought honey ice cream could taste so good. Thank you for giving me an incredible dining experience. This set menu was an unforgettable journey to your style of food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - Benjamin K.New York, NY30575971Jan 8, 2023
We spent a lovely dinner at this one-Michelin-star reataurant.
We settled on the 7-course menu. Some dishes were exceptional: sweetbreads & foie gras poelé
in particular.
The pacing of the meal was great, not too fast or too slow.
Where we left a but disappointed were the desserts - probably better in the 9-course meal.
The wine pairing was nice but not unforgettable.
Overall great dishes but maybe a tad overpriced with the wine for one Michelin star. Still, definitely on my list of recommended chefs.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kelly C.Toronto, Canada03851614Dec 8, 2022
Nice atmosphere, good service, and the food was very tasteful and nicely presented. My favourite was the scallops.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We made a reservation a month in advance, and flew to France, took a 40 minute Uber across town, only to be told we actually reserved the waiting list not an actual table. Beware, read the fine print

A better name would be Pretentious as there is certainly a severe lack of Substance. Trying to hard to be avant-garde to actually BE avant-garde. Clashing ingredients does not make you a Creative. Passion fruit seeds with coriander seeds on white fish?!? Black garlic & chocolate sauce for a desert!!? We will never get that taste out of our memories. Lack of understanding in what service and hospitality means. If you do not want non-French patrons don't accept reservation requests. It's no longer in vogue to treat us like pariah. Michelin should remove the star immediately.

Miraculous experience! My dining partner had the fois gras starter and was in heaven. I refrained from a starter because I chose the Galician (Spain) steak dish which was out-of-this-world. The last time I had Galician steak was in the Basque Country at a notable restaurant called EXTEBARRI. My dessert here was the grilled fig dessert which was simply seasonally delicious! This is a definite 'return to' if I can get in again as word seems to be spreading about this gem. Here's a photo of my fig dessert:

I am very reluctant to award any restaurant five stars - but considering the service, comfort, and most importantly the quality and diversity of the six course tasting menu it's hard not to say - superlative. Six courses really became 9, and each taste whether the room temperature starter soup with roe, the preparation and presentation of the fore gras, the texture of the trout, or melt in your mouth magnet was on point. The desserts were simple yet a perfect ending. Simply stated - book a table, no question.
