I'm so happy that I stumbled on this little gem. It's a locally owned and operated business that seems to be getting off the ground and finding their groove. I was thrilled to see the vegetarian options and even more so when I took my first bite. The open-faced sub was bursting with flavor and I could tell it was made with care. with two people working in the back, I patiently waited for take-out my sub and the wait was well worth it. I highly recommend.
