Delicious Food .!!

Nosotros fuimos al horario dé almuerzo, la atención fue amable desde que nos dieron la bienvenida nos acompañaron a la mesa, la camarera nos recibió y atendió muy bien .!

Recomiendo los Steak Roll and The Tuna Stack .!!

I don't recommend this location at all! Wait time extremely long, it was literally an hour before are food was served and there was only three parties in the restaurant. Our party of six, A party of three, and two people at the bar.

When the food arrived it was completely cold and my Salmon was literally RAW when I cut it! My brother got sick to his stomach and left the restaurant. The manager Prince brought out another Salmon and was applauded at how raw it was! He immediately took it back and apologized. Needless to say we canceled our order. The Manager Julie was rude and not helpful at all, and was actually very rude.

Well, Stoney River is one of the few restaurants that has Prime Rib on the menu, so they've got that.

Steaks are good - not the best in the area. Think Bask, Ruth's, Luci's and J Michael's for better. Sides are average. Desserts, too, are average, although the carrot cake could feed an army.

The real problem, though, is the service. It's slow and may remind you of a TGI Fridays experience. It's definitely not complementary to upscale steakhouse dining.

So, not particularly bad, but also not particularly great, and with so many other steakhouses in the area that are really good, I am not sure what the compelling reason to dine at Stoney River would be. Maybe the Prime Rib?

Everything I've had to eat here tastes made from scratch. These biscuits are the best "restaurant" biscuits I've ever eaten. Taste like ones from my Grandma's kitchen! The service was incredible and the atmosphere is upscale casual. The window views from many of the booths is a nice touch. I liked it so much I've been twice this week!

I enjoyed Stoney river but unfortunately no photos as it was a business dinner.

Cocktail of choice was a straight up Martini and the bartender did it right.

Lobster Bisque - 3/5 it was just ok

Coffee crusted sirloin - 5/5 absolutely well prepared and very flavorful. Great cut of meat and a top choice if visiting

The interior isn't pretentious or fancy so just right if you're looking for a nice dinner.

An absolutely perfect celebration setting for our dear friend/family. Zane was THE BEST server; attentive, professional, and on top of assuring we paid for dinner (the famous credit card "who can pay first game"). Lol!
The ribeyes (Medium Rare) we ordered were perfect! Along with the NY strip, and fresh salads- everything was top notch! The fireplace was perfect for making the environment warm and inviting. The complimentary birthday dessert made the night; will definitely recommend to visit, but request Zane for an amazing experience!!!'

Ladies (and gents!), there are days when self-care looks like fried shrimp and French fries. Today was one of those days and I chose Stoney River for my outing. Here's why...

It's quiet.
There are lots of window seats.
My servers are always kind. This time I had Naomi and she was a literal ray of sunshine.

It's a convenient location - you'll find it at the intersection of Alpharetta Hwy and E Crossville Rd. Parking is super easy - there's a gigantic lot adjacent to the restaurant.

We love Stoney River! Every time we've gone, everyone has been so friendly. The staff is great!

We love their deviled eggs for an appetizer & the salads are good too. I love the steak n' fries and my bf loves the chicken fingers. For sides, the sweet potato casserole is my favorite. And dessert, the carrot cake is delicious!

I absolutely love Stoney River! Haven't been in about a Yr so when looking over the menu, I was a little disappointed that they no longer serve the Hong Kong Chilean Sea Bass...

But, pls do NOT fret as this visit was OUTSTANDING!!!

Starters.

Steak Rolls. Absolutely delish! The steak is lean but still tender.

Tuna Stack. The Tuna to the Avocado... FRESH!!!!

Entrees.

Meatloaf. Three bites & I was full. The mushrooms & the gravy was creamy & consistent to taste.

My husband found this place by it's reviews. We were running errands and traveling through Atlanta and decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We arrived for an early dinner because we had skipped lunch and I am glad we did because the food was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered drinks and salads and the tuna stack as an appetizer. I love a good seared Ahi tuna, but this tuna stack might be my new favorite appetizer. So much so that if I came here again I might order one as my meal. We both got Caesar salad but honestly we could have shared one. Our waiter was great and timed our entrees to come out after we had some time to finish our salads and appetizers. My husband got the New York strip and I got the filet, both were cooked perfectly and very tender. I will say that I liked the mashed sweet potatoes more than the potatoes au gratin. But I would return and order the extract same meal all over again because it was that good. I actually hope to stop here again just to try their other menu items! The restaurant was very nice, clean, dim lighting not too dark but also dark enough to to feel cozy.
