Starbucks

The staff was very friendly as I walked in. I got a strawberry refresher with lemonade and they made it very fast. I sat inside for about 2 hours and they had great music playing. I stayed there 30 min before they closed and there was no rush to kick me out. The environment was very calm as they had customers coming in and drive thrus coming through.

I like a calm, clean environment when I want to chill and work on some things. I think I'll be coming here every week.

The young lady who was just about to turn 21 and has a new born baby (I didn't get the employees name but I did get all of this other info). As she was very happy with assisting me in using my app to save money on my purchase with the points I had acquired from past orders. Also it was my birthday and I received a free item on this day. I will most definitely be back even though this is not my normal Starbucks area. I will definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone else in the future!

Took the time out of my day to say that after a long night shift the coffee was made perfectly , and the staff were supper friendly! It's early out there, and they definitely had a star morning crew in today! *golf claps*

I have learned that when the boss demands a coffee and a cookie, you stop for a coffee and a cookie. And she specifically wanted one of the Starbucks Christmas cookies. Yelp sent us to this one, which is convenience off I-26 and easy enough to hit up their drive through and get back onto the road.

Speedy enough service, our coffee was prepared properly and the cookie (per the boss) was perfect.

Not happy with my service today. I made a mobile order that should've been ready in 12 minutes. I got there a little early so it's prepared to wait, but when 17 other drinks came out before my drink came out and it was past the time the app allotted, I was a little annoyed. The barista turns around and noticed that the cashier had put the teabag in the drink and left it off to the side. So she hurried and made my drink, but it's not the same. If you're going to get busy with something else, don't start something and not let someone know how to finish it. Not happy

Returned to grab my latte. I ordered to go and it was waiting on me. No greetings from staff but my drink was made correctly. So I'm happy with that

I would not get anything from this Starbucks. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon while traveling from Asheville to Orlando, we were greeted warmly by the 2 staff members and by all appearances, looked like a normal Starbucks. As soon as we approached the order area, there were many large flies flying around inside the bake goods case and right outside of it. I pointed this out to my husband and the staff member noticed but didn't say anything. We walked out. I'm sure this is the go to place for locals, but I'd be cautious when ordering anything. If they are oblivious to many large flies in the bakery case, they're not to care about them flying around milk products and other items on the prep counters. Their A rating must have come from a good day

I have been to this location now a few times, due to it's convenience on my way to training or a meeting.

The line in the drive-thru is always long, which I expect at any Starbucks, but they are SO SLOW!!! It takes forever to order or get your order.

The staff is usually very friendly, so no complaints there, and my order is usually right. It just takes forever to get it!

I am very disappointed this location as a regular customer. This morning I waited 21 minutes for my drink [ 2 tall hot mocha no foam/whip extra hot. Just ridiculous it seems like they prioritize the curbside order or online. How about the inside order my time is Gold. Store managers please observe your baristas on bow to prioritize preparing the orders... Thanks

Such friendly folks at this Starbucks ! I think they have a lot of new, young employees as service was a little slow and they told me they messed up my drink the first time and had to make it again. But no big deal- they couldn't have been nicer about it, the drink was perfect when they got it done. They had me pull the car around and then brought it to me as people seemed to be getting a little impatient behind me - which showed good initiative on their part. I like to see young people getting job experiences and they had a great attitude. Plus they were nice to my pups who enjoyed their puppachinos immensely!
