I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Blended Beverage at the recommendation from one of the Baristas and I was not disappointed. It was right up by alley. It was nice and sweet.

I ordered a Venti. The only disappointing thing was receiving a straw meant for a Tall. It made drinking the Frappuccino very difficult.

I stopped in for my FREE birthday drink, thanks Starbucks. The staff was all friendly and helpful. This is a plenty big location toward the beginning of the 3rd street shops.

Why 3 stars? Well, it was not super busy at 6pm, yet the store was a little messy. The station where you get sugar/creme had dirty stir straws sitting around (throw them away people) and someone spilled sugar everywhere. The pick-up counter was equally messy, which was disappointing.

My final knock was the homeless person who was hounding me for money while I stood outside, in the Starbucks specific patio area. Granted, this is a scenario prone to Santa Monica, and not directly the fault of Starbucks. BUT it is potentially part of the experience you will have here.

I've been to this Starbucks a couple of times now. All of the girls and guys are super nice and excellent employees. If you do not like your drink, they make your drink again right away. They even give you food suggestions if you would like as well.

Not sure why this location is yelling because it's your average location lol! One of my stops if I'm in the area. Coffees and teas like all locations. Not the best place to work or study. Employees are nice but tables are sticky and like the area chronics are everywhere =(

3 stars for just being your average Starbucks standard store. There is no bathrooms in this location and absolutely zero seating inside or outside. I can understand if they do not want indoor dining because of Covid, but they should have a few tables outdoors. The staff was friendly and the location was clean from what I could see of it. This os the smallest Starbucks I've seen so I can't compare it to much.

Great location great service but absolutely too small for the number of people using it very hard to find a place to sit.

If you're looking for a Starbucks in the middle of the promenade this is your location

I've had better Starbucks and I've had worse. The employees are pretty nice to me contrary to what some of the other reviews said. I'm just frustrated that such a large space has no seating allowed still. Most Starbucks have gotten back to putting out chairs etc post pandemic but this Starbucks does not. Considering it's a very busy area in third street promenade it would be nice to sit down and enjoy my coffee while I'm there. Unfortunately it's always to-go

Standard Starbucks store, I stopped in for my caffeine fix while walking around Santa Monica Place. It's located next door to Carlo's Bake Shop from the Food Network.

I got an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk, it did it's job and relived my caffeine dependency headache haha.

This location has the fastest Starbucks service ever! Got my order in and drink is ready so so so quick. When there is no line, they serve it so fast. When there is line, they still serve it so fast. And drinks were made delicious everytime. Very satisfied.

The baristas were also nice and the place is clean with plenty of seatings. Sadly there is no bathroom inside.
