The guys who work at this location are always so unfriendly, rude even. I only grab a drink there because it's convenient when shopping. There is absolutely no personal connection or care for the customer.

I love it a much!!!! Everyone there is so friendly and amazing. Especially since they are getting nitro brew!!!!

The man behind the counter is so grumpy! I asked him how to order a certain drink and when I ordered it that way he got so sassy with me and said "SAY YOU WANT IT COLD FOAM!" Which is probably what I tried to say the first time I tried to order it. I refuse to tip such a jerk which is unfortunate for the other sweet gal working. I hope he finds happiness and changes that grump attitude.

The employee, who I encountered on two separate occasions named Brydan I think, is rude and sighs while your ordering. Correct me if I am mistake but he is being paid to be there right? I've worked in customer service and at sbux before and his behavior was unacceptable. He was rude and unapproachable. He was so whiny and bothered with my order the second time I told him to not bother.

The guy bind the counter is A hole. He didn't know what almond roca syrup was. I asked him if he could make a Almond Roca Mocha. All he said was "OKAY, WHATS IN THAT". And he's suppose to be a Starbucks Barista. I just said thank you and walked away. Never felt so disrespected.
