Starbucks

Rawdah was in the house and customer service was back up to the usual standard! Order of 15 coffees prepared quickly and accurately. Did prices go up again?

This place is amazing. I happened to stop by your facility because another Starbucks location was closed. This was the best thing that ever happened. From the moment I entered your establishment your team was nothing but smiles. They showed such kindness and patience while I fumbled with the app. The ambiance is a great place to get work done and it is so inviting. You have an amazing team. Justin, Arianna and Karina are exceptional employees. They are the reason I will be making more trips to your location. You are truly lucky to have such an amazing team. Please recognize them for all their hard work and just for doing what they do with a smile. They definitely deserve a raise. I always appreciate employees who exemplify the standards of customer service. Keep being amazing

The set up was a little weird not super functional..but the staff was super friendly and made sure they made everyone's drink the way they like. They asked for feedback on a lot of the custom orders which is nice. They even had little high chairs for their little tables- so nice to see! I've never seen a highchair in Starbucks before.

I am a big fan of this Starbucks. I stop at this location almost every morning on my way into work. I always make sure to order ahead on the mobile app because I am usually running late and need to run in to get my order. I have no time to stand on a line.

My order is always ready to go when I arrive and the staff are always very friendly and say hi every morning (even though it's way too early to function at 6:30am). If I ever have a problem with my order (which is rare, and usually my fault from ordering on the mobile app), they will correct it immediately. I am so thankful this lovely Starbucks is located on my drive in to work, it makes my mornings much easier to get through.

Also, shout out to Taylor, who is always so lovely in the morning!

I casually stopped in here after a meeting and the team here really wowed me with their kindness, personability and attention to detail. Danny, Row and Sam are a dream team I look forward to being in Paramus again to drop by and see them and pick something up. I've been to many Starbucks, but they really stood out to me. Assets to your brand.

I was here with my coworker today and as a former partner, the person at the pos (Zaara) was making the moment right UNTIL she said "I can't keep making this drink because it's a waste". That's very disappointing especially if Starbucks is about creating a third place environment. Not coming back.

I had the most wonderful experience at Starbucks Route 17! The service was phenomenal especially by Ava and Karina. I ordered a Iced Mocha and it was amazing.

I go to Starbucks everyday and I got a double iced espresso and as soon as I was picking up my drink there was a girl employee who was making comments about my drink. Not only one time but 2 times. First she said there's so much mocha in this drink and then she says there's to much chocolate. She was telling another employee who was working there. Are u paying for my drink lady?! She was very disrespectful and she thought i wouldn't hear it. I never come to this Starbucks. They need to train people more with having manners and respect and not talk about anyones drinks . It looked like she had a problem with my drink.

Finally open, quick pick me up iced coffee on a nice warm day. Order ahead so your drinks will be ready since you can't go in and order. Nice people and service

Don't know why this location is so highly reviewed. I was waiting 10 minutes for a simple black coffee that they seemed to have forgotten to fulfil. Won't be returning here.
