I ordered ahead on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. Very easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and extra caramel crunch. This was by far the best caramel ribbon crunch drink that I have had in a long time from any location. They even put a lot of caramel all around the sides of the cup. Maybe that is what gave it the great taste. Other ones I have had before the flavor of caramel was lost after the first few sips. Not this one. It lasted til the end of the venti sized drink. I can't rave about the flavor enough.

Very very slow service. Also ordered a brown sugar espresso with regular milk and got oat milk which I find really gross and changes the flavor of the drink.

The staff here are so nice, welcoming, friendly, and are willing to strike up a conversation while you're waiting for your drink. Even when busy they are well organized, and make your order in a timely fashion. Additionally, they make your drink order correctly every time and make getting your morning coffee a great start to your day, 10/10

I don't like it when the Java Chip Frappuccino is dripping and makes a mess in my car. I am shocked that the person making this drink (for probably the 100th time or more) is not cognizant of this. For that reason, no tip.

This Starbucks always has the most friendly baristas. Day or night, everyone here has been awesome. I've never had an order issue- drinks are always perfect. Thanks guys

I've stopped here twice now on Friday mornings at 8 AM after a drive up from Columbus. I need a place to hang and get some work done until about 9:30 when my parents will be up and I can go hang with them and work (Dad-sit).

I've been able to get into the parking lot easily and find a spot to park. I've not yet had to wait for service which is AMAZING for a Starbucks for any morning. I'm easy order - large decaf (I've already sucked down energy drinks on the drive up to stay awake).

Wi fi is strong and easy to access. Plenty of seating and outlets are available too. YAY. It's not too noisy and I think there is music being played - I don't pay attention and clearly it doesn't bother me.

I definitely appreciate the location and convenience. This will continue to be my go-to spot as I need to chill and get some work done before heading to the parent's house.

The days of me LOVING Starbucks are over so this location is kind of bringing it back for me. They have free Wi-Fi but you have to give your email and sign up for an account before you can use the Wi-Fi so in essence it's not really free. The place is loud because of the tile floor and aluminum furniture. They have a community table and several other options for seating and also a separate alcove for group meetings and such. They have a positive affirmation poster board with post it notes of kind word, the idea is to take one and make one. I love this! There's also other signs around the store talking about kindness and being very positive. They have outdoor seating, table for handicapped and the managers business card is readily available. I would recommend this place. TIP: enter off of Clague Road and not Lorain Road (exit Only. one way)

Slap me with coffee bean and keep me grounded. I cannot believe I get to be the first review for yet ANOTHER one of my love children. I swear, I have embraced my inner Starbucks whore.

I have such mixed emotions about this location. I am sort of having a slight Cybil moment. On one hand, this is a convenient location in an area that needed a Starbucks. On the other hand, they couldn't have picked a plaza with worse parking or a more confusing drive thru. I smile and then cringe when I see this location.

This used to be the old Peet's Coffee location. Tiny little plaza on the corner of Clague and Lorain. The parking here is like trying to fit a herd of cattle in a Baptist Church sanctuary. Can it work? Maybe. But it sure is a shit show!

The inside of this location has a nice finish and a decent amount of seating for a smaller Starbucks location. Not some place you'd like to bring a large group, but a ménage a trois would work! During the nicer weather they actually have a rather large patio outside. As long as you don't mind staring at the front of Billy's Buick...the parking lot is right there! Nothing like a little exhaust with your espresso right?

The staff here is always nice and they really get stuff out in a good period of time. Gender neutral restrooms, a nice food selection and a decent sized retail area as well.

A nice place to stop. Just bring a dose of patience for the parking lot.
