NOT ROCKET SCIENCE !!

When I stopped in here to try the gingerbread chai this afternoon, I was surprised by the poor reviews. My drink was made correctly and it came out super quickly. I ordered from the app, so I didn't have too much of an interaction with staff, but I was pleased with the quality and speed of my order.

I got the Starbucks on my leg. And they didn't have the drink I wanted so I had to get the crusty pink drink. The lady taking my order didn't know what fucking cold foam was like wtf - I burned my leg with the pink stink that was hot. Someone should call the cops on this place fr

Josephine or something was her name . The ambiance is not cool because it's dirty in here as no one is cleaning up the place, cups on all the tables and all

Walk in to get our matcha and thr music was blasting, as if we walked into a bar or club..haha..and I'm only in my 20s..or maybe it's just me? Hehe

I was having a bad morning and ordered to a different location by accident but the manager Neda went above and beyond to fix my mistake and get my order made promptly. This was probably the best service I've ever had at a coffee shop and I will definitely recommend this location FOREVER. Thanks Neda!!
