Starbucks

Located inside the north east mall this starbucks is a small kiosk located outside of the Macys and next to the Pandora jewelry.

They do offer breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and pastries but dont be shocked if they don't have what you want available. The have their storage in a different part of the mall so if they run out of cups or pastry bags somone has to go out there and get them.

They are very busy, especially when making Frappuccinos. Normally only 2 or 3 people work so please be patient when ordering here.

Just like any other store, they have some seating but you won't find alot or any plugs for electronics. The good thing is that this is a corporate store so they do accept stars as a form of payment. You can scan to earn stars and thats great but also they don't sell any merchandise like mugs or tumblers. So dont come here trying to find the new holiday release cups because you will leave empty-handed.

Their hours are similar to the mall but may close earlier than that.

Why the best?
She is completely charming, and when my 9 year old granddaughter, Autumn, was ordering at Starbucks, Mars interacted with Autumn like she is a princess and her best friend.
I have rarely encountered such an extraordinary person and such superb customer service.

Starbucks, you should meet Mars!

We had the worst experience we have ever had at a Starbucks at Northeast Mall today. I had to give 1 star or I would have given a negative number as that is how bad it was. My drink was wrong and when I brought it to the attention of Maddie who worked there she was rude and defensive. I said I'm the customer so you should make this right and she laughed. When we mentioned that the girl at the register said it would be made correctly and I wanted to talk to her she told me that she would talk to her and basically said NO.

When I mentioned how it was supposed to be made she said she didn't like my attitude but she was dishing attitude from the start. She kept pouring out some of my wife's drink and saying "is this the right color now"? My wife said if the drink is half passion tea and half coconut milk then it's right. She refused to listen and just kept pouring it out and adding coconut milk. It was completely tasteless. She gladly gave us her name and the mangers and said " please do call him". Worst drink ever and we will never go back again

Store Manager is super rude, this place needs better people. She literally answered the phone (not a store phone her regular phone) instead while I was trying to ask for a simple siracha sauce. At least say hey can you please wait or simple manners. Like you're the store manager show a better image of yourself.

Maddie gave me a nasty attitude & mumbled something under her breath when I corrected her on what drink I asked for. didn't look happy to be at work at all. Horrible service.

This location needs SERIOUS HELP!! They never have anything that's on the app and I know it's because the "manager" is not aware of what's going on and what needs to be done. Ive been a gold member since 2013 and I'm ashamed to still give this place money for mediocre coffee.

I go to Starbucks a lot! I dread going to this one! It takes so long to get your drink no matter how long the line is. I've gotten sorry something is wrong w/system we can't take app right now(that's the only way I pay). So mad!!
I have not got a bad drink from this kiosk that's why I gave them 4 instead of 3. I do however, think management might want to rethink their busy times vs their scheduled employees. What do I know though I'm just the customer waiting & waiting & waiting, who has already paid, & still waiting for her yummy drink!

Had the slowest service. Waited about 15 minutes before our order was even made. Tables were dirty and left un-wiped. No chairs at the tables as well.

Good service, but lawdy, the mall is being cheap with the AC and it is hot in here. Granted, that's not Starbuck's fault, and I'd be mad if I had to work their stand. Anyway, wifey tried a very berry hibiscus (um, not one of us liked it) and daughter got her safe mocha, and they're always good.

I am "0-for" at this location. This is not a venti. But I was told "that's how they come." This is not my first time ordering this drink.
