Horrible service and worse customer service. Stopped in one morning before a big meeting and ordered a Grande Carmel Coffee. Place was a disaster, giving people the wrong coffee, waiting longer than it should have taken, I had to leave my order which was not showing up under my name. I noticed that several other people were given wrong names on their coffee. I have never had such horrible service like that anywhere. I was so upset that I had to email the coporate office who in turn promised to refund my coffee, NEVER Happened. I will never step foot at that location again.

Jayde was so rude for no reason kept constantly cutting me off ordering, never will come to this one again.

I come here very frequently and today I went earlier (about 1:00 PM) and I ordered a mobile order and waited in like for about 20 minutes. All I ordered was hot chocolate and Madeline cookies. After drinking about 1/2 of my hot chocolate and not being satisfied with the taste, I decided to dump it out. Upon opening the lid, I saw what absolutely disgusted me. (Please look at the picture)
I will not be coming back for a long time as it looks like there is curdled milk or SOMETHING sitting at the top of my hot chocolate. Unacceptable and disgusting.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and got what appeared to be a frozen item that they had microwaved for a few seconds. It was literally raw and not cooked. Ordered a tall latte and they gave me a shorty.
Don't go here.

Emily was so rude to me when I ordered and called me a cunt. Absolutely lost it when she grabbed my son and started pouring hot espresso on his head and spit on him just bc he wanted some apple juice. We now have expensive hospital bills and a dead son that died due to his injuries. Unbelievable that she still has her job. She also gave me WHOLE MILK when I asked for almond milk bc I'm severely lactose in

Average cup of over priced watered down cup of joe ! Staff is friendly and it's quick. But some many better local owned mom and pop coffee shops to try!
