Since COVID started, this Starbucks went from a little hangout spot to a COFFEE MACHINE.

You would not BELIEVE the capitalism that is going on here. Drinks are going out FAST.

One time I even ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and I noticed that I already had a charge for the drink on my bank account, and, oh, look at that, the drink is already in my hand? BOOM. That's how fast they are. Didn't even have to leave the house.

Located in the city of Chino this Starbucks does not have a drive-through. Had to park the car and get out for once.

The inside of the store is small with very limited seating. The bathroom was also temporarily unavailable which was a bummer.

Ordered my new favorite drink which is the Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha! Get the largest size which is a Vent I just wish they would put more lavender in my drink.

By far the worst Starbucks. I was here 2 months ago and ordered two iced shaken espressos. Both came out visibly looking different and tasted like trash.

Today I decided to give them another show as it was on the way to my drs.

never again! The iced shaken espresso I got tasted like milk.... Just iced milk. And when you ask staff to remake it. They do- but it still tasted horribly. I don't get it. You literally have a recipe to follow.

I had a pleasant experience at Starbucks. The baristas were friendly and served me fairly quickly. However, this location lacks a drive-thru, which is a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, their BOGO Fridays promotion this month is fantastic, and of course, their coffee is always a treat!

I usually come here and my drinks are fine but today I am disappointed created custom drink and used my points. for them to not add my extra Carmel drizzle. My cookie was cold upon arrival

It was my first time at this location. It looked like they were having a fun event outside but they were still setting up when I got there in the morning. It is in a busy plaza! Be prepared to look for parking. There's a large sitting area outside with nice clean patio. People were nice and friendly. I like that the online orders and in stores orders were separated which kept things less crowded and easy to see what drink is yours. Across the street is a Crumbl and this location is near a freeway.

AILEEN... the rudest excuse of an employee I've ever came across. Made zero eye contact, rolled her eyes and acted like taking my order was so much work. My friends drink was wrong she grabbed it, didn't even apologize, poured it out dramatically in front of us and walked away to remake it. If you don't like working in customer service go get a job where you can roll your eyes behind a screen so no one can see you. Pathetic.

You'd think being a partner would get you at least decent service. Placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready for pick up at 1:42, came in and the order wasn't ready, fine no problem. I sat down and waited for my order to be ready. The food was done first and what a shock when I picked up my sandwiches all of them were falling apart. I attempted to put it back together without burning myself but wow at least make the effort. The thing that led me to leave this Yelp review was the drinks. Two very simple drinks to make, a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and an iced matcha. The iced matcha was a sad excuse for a drink. I mean just look at the picture. The barista could've at least shaken the soy milk a bit to avoid it clumping at the bottom and the drink wasn't even filled. I stood and waiting by the mobile pick up to try and have it remade but the barista kept saying "I'll be right with you" and just kept making drinks.The foam was nearly half the drink, three sips and it was empty. Overall it was so disappointing considering you expect such great service from places you work at. Please at least make an effort to keep the same standards for everyone.

Izayah is SO RUDE..he made my drink wrong and then when I asked him to fix it (needed to be blended), he looked at the label and walked away without saying a word. He then forgot the whipped cream and walked away before I could tell him, so I had to ask another worker. All the workers here are so unfriendly and it was an extremely unpleasant experience

I just can't believe they allow dogs to stay inside the premise. I love dogs, but inside the restaurant is a no. There's plenty of space and seating outside. Workers should be vigilant about enforcing no pets inside the dining area.
