Starbucks

I feel horrible for the two star review but waiting over 15 minutes when I was the only customer in the store with maybe 4 cars in the drive through is a little much! Especially when there was four workers and not one mobile order was made while was waiting. The workers were all incredibly nice and helpful just very very very slow

Despite visiting many of the Starbucks in the North Hills I rarely get to this one because it's not near where I commute or run most of my errands. However, I've recently been job shadowing nearby at my dentist and this location has become the most convenient to make use of some BOGO specials. I've been inside a few times, it seems quieter than some of the locations on McKnight. Even when using the drive thru things moved along quickly as they seem well staffed. Very friendly and efficient!

I primarily use mobile order or go through the drive thru. My mobile orders are always ready promptly and usually ahead of the quoted timeline on the app. When I go through the drive thru, I am always greeted with a smile. The employees here actually seem genuinely happy and interested in their customers!

Literally got a pink drink and lemonade and waited 30 minutes while over 20 cars went through the drive through. Make that make sense? Maybe if I got an especially complicated order I would understand but I got the simplest item on their menu...

What a nightmare!

Only the drive thru is open. The line wraps completely around the building and down another aisle. While waiting in line, the intercom never came on to take our order, so after waiting until the line in front of us had cleared we just pulled up. They then gave us our total...but we still hadn't ordered! So, they took our order but had us pull into a parking space to wait for it to be ready.

(And I asked about the holiday sale that was advertised in my app, and after the baristas chatted for a few minutes they decided they did have a sale and asked me if they should bring the items to the window for me to browse...I just gave up at that point)

After coordinating with other drivers to get thru the puzzle of cars to get to a space, we waited for 10 minutes. Then we had to once again negotiate with other drivers to get out of the parking space they had directed us to. Over half an hour for a headache and lukewarm cup of coffee. Epic fail!

I'm giving 2 stars because they said the delays were staffing issues so I'm sure they're trying...but don't seem to be succeeding.

Too slow, you get stuck in line. Only 2 times I have come here my drink didn't taste at all like it should. I don't know if going inside is better but seems from reviews it isn't.....

This location is consistently one of the slowest. Do not risk the drive thru else there is no way getting out of line when you realize how slow they are. Then again, if you go inside and order, you'll end up waiting 20 minutes before they start your order because they prioritize drive thru.

Met friends at Starbucks. waited 15 minutes for our drinks. highly recommend using Mobile app or drive thru for service. You can barely get service if you order in person.

I was on my way back too Pittsburgh from New York and needed gas and sustenance.
While finding the gas station I stopped at Starbucks as well.
I got a trenta pineapple black tea lemonade.
The staff where fast and friendly and drink came out right away and was made perfectly.

S l o w service. And I mean painstakingly SLOW ! 2:18pm We arrived in line, and with a total of 6 cars it took 15 minutes : you guys are slow.

Last time here son ordered iced they gave him a hot drink. Very annoying for the consumer.
