Amazon twice sent me the wrong cartridge and now I was desperate for printer ink. I called ahead to see if they had the ink for my printer and they said yes and gave me the price.
When I walked in the store, I was impressed with the signage. It was very easy to find the ink and the brand. Kudos!

Came here to utilize their print services. But so many things were wrong...
1) Their printers have a wireless card reader, but is not activated. Meaning it could support Apple Pay/Android Pay but doesn't.
2) Their printers don't properly print pdfs with pictures and text overlays.
3) Their junior employees are not properly trained. I asked to get a refund on the messed up prints and two of their employees didn't even know how to issue a refund. I waited 20 min for a manager to do it and took them only a min.
4) One of their employees just straight up had an attitude when I pointed out the issue with their self-service printer. He just immediately said 'we can do it for you but it will cost extra and oh do you need it done today?, that will cost extra with the rush fee.' Um proper customer service would do it you for free since their machine messed up the print, not push more fees.
5) This 'rush fee' basically is a 30% additional cost if you want a printing service done same day after 2pm. They couldn't even do a simple 1 page print job right away when I agreed to this ridiculous rush fee. They said they can only guarantee it be done within 1 hour. Well I didn't come here is wait already for them to just print a piece of paper that would only take a few secs....this policy either needs to be nuked or reconsidered for small print jobs. Their competitor Office Depot doesn't have such a farce. Guess where I'll be heading next.

had a voluminous download and print (235)pages from a ZIP file on my IPad . I am 87 yrs old so my mastery of the tech world is self taught and scant .Annette ( a saint) spent time and patience to solve the Zip problem(rejected as too big)and print .Arrived at Staples anxious and overwhelmed and left with mission accomplished and ready to sing ..

Tonight I needed to stop in to buy ink and received the best customer service experience at Staples. Thanks to Gary , Mike and Johnnie for going above and beyond to assist me not only with my purchase but also fixing my phone screen on my new iPhone to prevent scratching or necessary repairs if I drop it in the future! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy closing process to make sure that I was taken care of!! I'm also grateful that I was able to get a discount on my purchase since I had a staple's rewards membership in addition to the back to school specials throughout the store! I will definitely return to shop again in the future and recommend my friends to go to this location if they want outstanding customer service at Staples!

One of the best experiences I have ever had shopping! Caleb made my printing experience exceptional he was patient, informative and provided me with the support I needed to feel comfortable. Please whatever you do keep him! Adam gave me a wonderful check out experience made it seemless and easy I would come back any day to have myself serviced and taken care of at this location. They are the epitome of customer service where many places are lacking after the pandemic. Thanks for the experience.

TSA Precheck attendee was a no show. There's no real way to find out if there will be a person present if you drive out there.

Sadly, as conveniently located and nice the exterior of this location is, it is so poorly run that it isn't worth your time or money. It isn't very busy inside so that is a plus, but with all the extra time on their hands, they aren't spending any of it on making sure prices are accurate or things are put away in the correct location as I found out in my recent trip. This is a perfect example of why people are going online for things when it should be much easier to shop in person and it just isn't. They aren't doing anything to win over or keep customers.

I have been coming to this staples since 2000 but my latest experience here will make me think twice. I came in to buy some gift cards as gifts. Every other place I've been to whether another staples or usps or wherever I usually peel the cover off for it to scan. This particular time I went to check out this RUDE lady didn't even say hello she just said "I can't take these I have to peel them off" in a very jerk tone. Then no thank you or goodbye and just shoved the bag to me. Thanks staples for hiring such people.

1. First time was in line to buy a few items behind some obnoxious customer and waited 10 minutes before the cashier told me the line was closed. Seriously you couldn't tell me this sooner?!
2. Came here to trade in a printer and get credit the guy rudely says "how do I know you bought it here"
3. Sold me a software cd which when I opened was empty! When I came to exchange with the receipt and told them you guys sold me an empty box they hesitantly exchanged it with no apology

I attempted to do some basic printing with them. 5x7 two sided matte cards. This is one of the most common printing jobs out there.
Unfortunately, the person working in the print center was completely incompetent with her own equipment. It took around 30 minutes to get a sample. When I was finally ready to make an order, instead of just charging me, she tried to set me up with the online website to place an online order.
Which is fine, except I literally came into the store because the online ordering was not working. When I tried to explain this to her, she told me to do it online, and that she was too busy with other customers to help me.
