Excellent customer service. They're always helpful. Today, the cashier saw me rushing and offered me an open bag for my copies, and I didn't miss a beat or have to slow down as I hurried to work.

Amazon return.
I don't shop at these types of places but I needed to come here to return Amazon items since it's on the way.
The dude who helped me seemed annoyed packaging two little pouches of jewelry that I was returning because a label sticker he printed wouldn't stick onto the velvet pouch it came in so he had to use two big clear bags to put each item in those bags separately.
He mentioned I should go to Whole Foods to return small items like these because it's a waste of a big bag to pack each small jewelry item lol. Not my fault that's all your store has for packaging and no smaller bags.
Then he said next time I need to bag it myself. Like no bruh, Whole Foods is further from me than here and that is your job. It's mentioned in the instructions that Staples will package it for you. I just needed my Amazon items returned/refunded through this Staples location and that's it. I didn't need to hear staff complain and give opinions about my Amazon items during the process. It was so awkward! Highly awkward experience.

I had my save the date invitations printed here. It was super busy but Danny was able to help us and make our prints go by quick and smoothly. She was very informative; made sure we were taken care of and happy with our prints. They turned out amazing! The service was on point and she was able to make our prints the same day within 20 min. I would definitely come back next time!

Called the nearby Staples in Long Beach to ask if they accepted old laptops and computers for recycling and the employee said I could go into any Staples and drop off not only computers but computer accessories as well.

Was in the area and stopped in at this location and was immediately greeted by two employees. Super quick and efficient transaction in a couple of minutes and it was gone! Will definitely donate any of my future computers and computer accessories at Staples from now on!

Copy center staff are not too friendly very rude
Hire hard workers not young kids not lazy .i give my right thumb to old man with glasses harder worker.very friendly and helpful..if staples doesnt do something pretty soon run out bussinnes because lazy staff .staples is awesome company but not staff..

Ordered a few things from etsy and paid for staples to print.


My invitation should've been double sided,but instead it was printed in 2hardcard stock .

I let the Customer Service Rep know it was wrong ,she checked my receipt (order)/to make sure and reprinted 4min or less.

I used their Cutting board and went on my merry way.

I have used this staples in the past for quick print jobs, and this was no exception. I realized my print job needed an oversized paper and I couldn't do it at home. I also had no idea how large this excel spreadsheet needed to be in order to be legible.

I called and spoke to a nice person the phone. They told me what to do, and I did that. They said to order it online and if the size needed adjusting, they would call me. I had a perfectly legibly, albeit huge, 7-page spreadsheet printed out in no time!

It's rare I leave reviews for retail stores, but very pleasantly surprised with this location well with an employee of this establishment. Nowadays, I'm on the run and my time is limited. I was in a time crunch so went to self service print met the employee named Eddie who was considerably helpful. I couldn't print on the self service printer due to my USB files being too large to upload. So he offered me solutions and I was able to have them print it for me. Around 391 pages. I couldn't find a survey or customer satisfaction survey on the receipt so I took to Yelp. Anyway I was left with nothing but pure satisfaction with my copies and customer service. Hope this reaches the general manager of the store and he definitely deserves a raise or recognition of sorts. All employees need to be like Eddie

This review is specifically for the worker Eddie. I went there to make funeral programs and Eddie went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He couldn't open the file I brought on my thumb drive, so he worked his magic and converted it to a file he could work with. Dealing with a death is stressful, but Eddie made this easy and stress free for us.
