Pretty nice place. Front desk is kind of a mess. Our flight was delayed.
, we called them and let them know of the delay and that we would definitely be there before midnight. We got there and they gave our room away. We had to find somewhere else for the first night stay.
Susan, the lady who takes care of the breakfast area was wonderful. She was very attentive and friendly. We looked forward to seeing her every morning for breakfast.
The hotel is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The pillows are the best.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 15, 2022
We really enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel was very clean and convenient to get to. It is located closer to the Philadelphia Airport outside of the downtown touristy area but it was easy to drive into the downtown area. We have stayed in the downtown area and enjoyed our stay but this hotel is comparable but just not as expensive and paying for parking is about half of what you will pay.
The room was very clean and quite large. We stayed in a double Queen bed room suite. The lounge area was very comfortable. Another perk with this hotel was the fact they had a free breakfast which was actually really good.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 11Oh no 0 - Emily L.Philadelphia, PA01May 3, 2024
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room reeked of smoke and we slept through all night with the smokey smell. Friends also said they found poop and blood on towels. There was also "milk" on cabinets dripping down when we opened a drawer. The sofa was wet, with the leg rest trying to cover it. The room was missing a tv remote and had a random bottle thrown behind the TV. The front desk did not help, simply told us to not use the couch and wiped the "milk" off. We asked to switch rooms, but the front desk didn't do anything about it.

This place was awesome! We had a large group and they were very accommodating. The staff and people at this hotel were wonderful and very nice. The rooms were clean and really had a lot of space to spread out. Loved it! The breakfast was very good and had everything we needed. The area was safe and had easy freeway access. About 20 minute drive to the Sports Complex and Downtown area. I like being away, so being away but close enough to drive easily as very convenient. Stay here, you won't be dissapointed.

Nice hotel - good location- near highways so it's accessible - Imani was terrific at check in - very informative & excellent customer service. The room was clean and nicely designed with a private dedicated office space. The hotel was pristine upon my arrival - all areas of the hotel were very clean - love having the loo separate from the bathroom....check them out next time you're in town!!

This hotel is not ideal for sports teams. The customer service was poor. I booked a block of rooms for our team and expressed the need to keep 15 10-year old boys occupied. I was assured they were used to this.
The pool didn't work, the outdoor fire pits didn't work. And, the staff yelled at the kids when they got rowdy. You have to sign and agree to no running, no games in the parking area, a $50 fee if you bring cake or cupcakes into your room?!?! I have never heard of that.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin P.H Street Corridor/Atlas District/Near Northeast, Washington, DC27131Apr 8, 2023
Genuinely surprised by this hotel! Beautiful environment, great bar, spectacular breakfast, amazing rooms! The staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was phenomenal! Would 1000% stay here again! Nicely done!

So my wife and I we're married on Saturday 10/28/23 her and I decided to rent a room for after the wedding we we're so tired and still on cloud 9 but as suspected we fell asleep but hey no harm we have the morning right ? Wrong at 9:50am Sunday morning someone starts knocking on the door so we try to ignore it so we can continue to enjoy our honeymoon morning, but the knocking continues 2 more times that's 3 total unanswered knocks and then we hear the beep from the door lock then our door opens with NO announcement and I'm face to face with a woman stating that we have a 12pm checkout and my wife is not dressed and mortified . What was the real reason she entered a occupied room other then to rob us or hope that we where passed out drunk...thank you to Springhill hill Suites for not doing anything but promise to have a talk with there employee and no kind of compensation for our honeymoon being ruined ... I would have pick no stars but it made me pick at least one to.post

June 2022 - needed a quick getaway. Nice hotel .upgrades make it more comfortable. Older hotel but upgraded during Covid. Cozy, and comfortable. The website said they had a lounge, they had something small that wasnt open during my stay. The website made it look like there was a seating area/loft at the top of the hotel, tnere was a seating area in ftont of the hotel. They had breakfast included you made yourself pretty much that area was way to small for the numerous hotel guests. Overall it was ok but i dont think i would stay again. For the price i would've liked the lounge to be open at least. ...Somewhat Disappointed Out Of Town Guest
