This hotel needs to be renovated. Everything feels quite old. Rooms and especially bathrooms should be updated, even the room locks and door knobs. The walls, ceiling and floors are so thin. We're on the second floor and when a door to another room is slammed, we can hear it, even from a room below us.
Front desk was very courteous.
Marriott should consider to update as the area is booming with so many new business plus a nice mall across the way.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Yash M.Schaumburg, IL255178145Apr 1, 20241 check-in
Booked thru Groupon. Todd at the front desk was great. Coming back here in couple months. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks to the nice room and great customer service. Highly recommend if you're in Phoenix area/

Honestly I'm quite disappointed with the management. I was staying for 2 weeks for a course at the hotel. On day 4 my very large 4 door 4x4 long bed diesel truck was stolen from the parking lot literally 6 spots from the front door. No cameras. No one noticed when they broke the window and drove off with the truck. Nothing.
What really bothers me... I did not receive a single call from the manager to apologize, ask how they could assist, or anything. It wasn't until I sent an email to the CEO days later about the fact I had asked regarding security cameras that I finally heard from the manager. I was then told I should hear from their insurance within a day or so. Needless to say, the truck was stolen on the 8th and it's now the 23rd and still nothing. No communications from the manager inquiring and following up on the issue.
I'm extremely disappointed. I'm a platinum member. A Wildland fire captain who stays at hotels for an average of 75-150 nights a year. And have never had a management staff who just literally could not be bothered.
Stay anywhere else. The Cambria hotel across the street next to the Sicilian Butcher is amazing, beautiful, and has cameras and security in the lots.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike G.Silverdale, WA337Mar 20, 2024
Not worth the 2-300$ a night. Probably 49$ a night might suffice for this place. First off the toilet was clogged when my son and I got into room. 3 of the lights were out and towels were not folded nice. It was like the maids didn't care. Told the front desk and took 2hrs till toilet was fixed and I said give me another room, she came back with, that they can't give that to me till after 6pm and it was only noon at this point. The only reason we still stayed is because my son was really tired and needed to sleep. Definitely will not recommend

Not native friendly. Did my daily smudge. They kicked me out because of the sage and cider smell on me

Mold in the room vent was so concerning to me. The rooms were dirty, but the service was good. It needs some major updating and maintenance.

Absolutely loved our room it was the perfect size and set for our family. The room was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfy as were the linens. We had a great view of the stadium. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel it's self was centralized to restaurants, shopping, the casino and the stadium.
Now you ask why would I not give them a 5 stars. now part of this is my fault, a pair of my daughters shoes and beanie were accidentally covered by the pull out bedding and my hydro flask was left in the kitchenette counter. I called the next day when we unpacked and noticed the missing items. The woman that helped me found our items and was going to mail them at my expense. My items didn't arrive after a couple of weeks so I called. Unfortunately my items were misplaced and the manager didn't know what I was talking about. He eventually found them minus my limited edition hydro flask. My daughters shoes and beanie were finally returned.
So overall great place and will stay there again but I will definitely double and trip check our roomHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Laura K.Apollo Beach, FL03776Aug 21, 2020
Not sure what is going on with the Marriott since COVID-19 hit. The calibre of the hotel has really gone down. I'm a titanium member. I have traveled up and down the East Coast and recently went to Arizona. They tell me they are deep cleaning and I don't see it. My sink faucet was filthy. I got in my room and noticed the ceiling was taped up in 2 places. My throat immediately became scratchy. I was concerned there was a mold problem. My husband went to the front desk to inquire what was going on. The hotel responded they were upgrading the sprinkler system. The interesting part was there were 3 sprinklers in my room and the ceiling was only cut out in 2 places. I'm seriously considering switching to another hotel chain.

We stayed one night. We have a good experience. The hotel staff were nice and we liked the couch/bed set-up. Most hotels I've stayed at have uncomfortable pull-out sofa beds. The sofa bed at this hotel was comfy.
