Paid $10 for the ultimate wash in the automatic wash, but it stopped during the pre-soak cycle. Had to pay another $3.00 to rinse car manually. Could not find anyone on site for help. Also could not find a phone number to address issue. Have been coming here for years. This is the first time I've had any issue.

Rodney W.Columbus, OH173269300Sep 7, 2015First to ReviewOne side of my car got really really clean using the automated wash. The other side, not so much, as the water was just trickling out of the driver side cleaning unit. Half a car cleaned. Lost $7. No one around to complain to. Skip it.
